چکیده
|
Abstract the manufacture and design of polymer electromagnetic shielding are the subjects of numerous researches. a new lead-free polymer composite panel was prepared in this study, and the nist x-com software was used to compare the theoretical and experimental mass attenuation coefficients of the sample. epoxy resin and mineral powder whit high atomic numbers are used to prepare a shielding panel against x-rays in effective energy 44 and 82 kev. sem images showed homogeneous particle distributions. there is a good agreement between the experimental and theoretical attenuation results. lead is not present in these panels, so they are environmentally friendly.
