This paper investigates the stability analysis of network-based cascade control systems against networked delay. based on the finsler lemma and the lyapanov function, the stability criteria are derived by designing a static output-feedback (sof) controller with the help of linear matrix inequalities (lmis). a simulation example is given to show the performance of the proposed control structure
