stochastic modeling and control strategy for bone metastasis based on radiotherapy

In this paper, we discuss the stochastic bone metastasis model consideringthe interaction mechanisms between cancer cells and basic bone cells. various treatments are used to deal with formation of bone metastases. we present an optimal controlapproach to analyze radiotherapy that has a cell-killing effect. we also present a numerical simulation based on the forward-backward sweep method (fbsm) to analyzethe effectiveness of this treatment.
