مروری بر شاخص های قابلیت فرآیند و عدم قابلیت فرآیند چند متغیره: مطالعه موردی در صنعت تولید کاغذ

شاخص های قابلیت فرآیند جزیی از کنترل کیفیت آماری هستند که نقش مهمی در تعیین مطابقت فرآیند با مشخصات تعیین شده دارد. شاخص های عدم قابلیت فرآیند با ایجاد تغییر در شاخص های قابلیت فرآیند ایجاد و منجر به جداسازی اطلاعات مربوط به صحت و دقت فرآیند می شود. این جداسازی اطلاعات برای تعیین کارایی یا ناکارایی فرآیند و تشخیص انحرافات در فرآیندهای تولیدی که محصولات حساس و پیشرفته تولید می کنند، بسیار ضروری و مفید می باشد. هدف از این پژوهش، اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های قابلیت و عدم قابلیت فرآیند چند متغیره برای متغیرهای فرآیندی در سیستم تولید کاغذ چند مرحله‌ای است و کارایی شاخص های مختلف ارائه شده مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد شاخص c_pm در بین شاخص های قابلیت فرآیند، حساسیت بالایی نسبت به خروج فرآیند از محدوده مورد انتظار دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان می دهند شاخص های عدم قابلیت فرآیند (mic_pp^‴ (u,v) و mic_pp^‴^g (u,v))، عملکرد بهتری از خود نشان می دهند و اگر خطای اندازه گیری نیز در نظر گرفته شود، گزارش دقیقی از وضعیت فرآیند ارائه می کنند.

a review of multivariate process capability and process incapability indices: a case study in the paper manufacturing industry

process capability indices are a part of statistical quality control that play an important role in determining the compliance of the process with the specified specifications. the process incapability indices are created by changing the process capability indices and lead to the separation of information related to the precision and accuracy of the process. this separation of information is very necessary and useful to determine the capability or incapability of the process and to detect deviations in the production processes that produce high-tech products. the purpose of this research is to measure the capability and incapability indices of the multivariate process for the process variables in the multi-stage paper production system and the effectiveness of the various indicators provided is investigated. the obtained results show that the c_pm index among the process capability indices has a high sensitivity to the departure of the process from the specified specifications. also, the results show that the process incapability indices ( mic_pp^ (u,v) and mic_pp^ ^g (u,v)) show better performance and if the measurement error is also considered, they provide a detailed report of the process status.
