سنجش سبک های یادگیری دانش پژوهان دوره های استانداردسازی و کیفیت: مورد مطالعه مرکز آموزش و علوم هوانوردی شرکت هسا

هدف از پژوهش حاضر سنجش سبک های یادگیری دانش پژوهان دوره های استانداردسازی و کیفیت شرکت هسا در سال 1400-1401 می باشد. بدین منظور 90 نفر از این جامعه آماری به عنوان نمونه تحقیق با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه سبک یادگیری کلب استفاده گردید. پرسشنامه از لحاظ روایی دارای روایی محتوایی و صوری بوده و برای پایایی آنها نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که پایایی پرسشنامه سبک یادگیری 87/0 بدست آمد. برای تحلیل نتایج این پژوهش، از روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد بین سبک های یادگیری دانش پژوهان تولیدی و طراحی اختلاف وجود دارد. همچنین بین سبک‌های یادگیری دانش پژوهان تولیدی و طراحی براساس سن تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

evaluate the trainees style learning for the standardization and quality courses: case study iran aircraft manufacturing industries co. (hesa) training

the purpose of this research was to study evaluate the trainees style learning for the standardization and quality courses at the iran aircraft manufacturing industries co. (hesa) in the year 2021-2022. the participants of this study were 90 persons from this statistical society were selected as the research sample via categorized random sampling according to the sample size. the kolb learning style questionnaire was used for collecting data. from the validity point of view, this questionnaire has the content and apparent validity and for their reliability the chornbach’ alpha coefficient was used in which the coefficient 0.87 was obtained for the reliability of the learning style questionnaire. the descriptive and inferential statistical style were used for analyzing the results of this research. results showed that there were differences between learning style of the manufacturing units and designing units’ trainees. there was also distinguishable difference between learning style of the manufacturing units and designing units’ trainees on the basis of the age.
