عارضه یابی و ارائه راه کارهای پیاده سازی سیستم مدیریت کیفیت مبتنی بر ایزو 9001-2015 در صنایع بازیافت و ذوب تبدیلی

مراحل اخذ ایزو 9001 در همه استاندارد ها تقریبا مشابه می باشد ولی در اجرا بسته به نوع سازمان و محصول یا خدماتی که ارائه می دهند تفاوت های ساختاری زیادی دارند بطوری که بسیاری از سازمان ها ممکن است قادر به اجرا و پیاده سازی تعدادی از بندهای ایزو در سازمان نباشند. پژوهش حاضر از طریق عارضه یابی صنایع بازیافت و ذوب تبدیلی راهکارهایی بر اساس ایزو 9001-2015 جهت پیاده سازی سیستم مدیریت کیفیت در شرکت توسعه منابع انرژی ارائه می دهد. هدف پژوهش شناسایی عارضه ها و بیان تفاوت ها و تمایزات بین روش تولید و چیدمان سازمانی در صنایع بازیافت و ذوب تبدیلی مطالعه موردی گروه شهید عارفی سازمان توسعه منابع انرژی ،گروه شهید عارفی و سایر خطوط تولید متداول و متعارف است. همچنین ارائه راه حل و روش اجرایی بومی سازی شده جهت استقرار و پوشش حداکثری بندهای نظام نامه ی ایزو9001 بر فرایند ها و محصولات در صنایع بازیافتی و ذوب تبدیلی می باشد. در این راستا با استفاده از مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای، به کمک تکنیک غربالگری فازی 7 بند از نظام نامه ی ایزو 9001 -2015 که قابلیت پیاده سازی در گروه عارفی را نداشتند استخراج شده و با روش دلفی فازی جایگزین هایی برای این بندهای نظام نامه با توجه به نظر خبرگان ارائه شده است و بر اساس نتایج حاصل، راه کارهایی برای پیاده سازی ایزو 9001- 2015 در این صنایع ارائه گردیده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 10 نفر از خبرگان کیفیت و میزان استقرار ایزو 9001-2015 در گروه شهید عارفی می باشند.

diagnosing complications and providing solutions for the implementation of the quality management system based on iso 9001-2015 in recycling and conversion smelting industries

the procedures for obtaining iso 9001 are almost similar in all standards, but depending on the type of organization and the product or service they provide, there are many structural differences in implementation, so that many organizations may be able to implement a number of iso clauses in not be an organization. the present research provides solutions based on iso 9001-2015 for the implementation of quality management system in the energy resources development company through problem solving of recycling and conversion smelting industries. the purpose of the research is to identify the complications and express the differences and distinctions between the production method and organizational layout in the recycling and smelting industries (case study of shahid arefi group of energy resources development organization, shahid arefi group) and other common and conventional production lines. it is a localized implementation method to establish and cover the maximum clauses of the iso 9001 system on processes and products in recycling and smelting industries. in this regard, by using field and library studies, with the help of fuzzy screening technique, 7 clauses of the iso 9001-2015 system letter, which were not able to be implemented in arefi group, were extracted, and with the fuzzy delphi method, alternatives were found for these clauses of the system letter with attention has been given to the opinions of experts and based on the results, solutions have been presented for the implementation of iso 9001-2015 in these industries. the statistical population of this research is 10 quality experts and auditors of iso 9001-2015 implementation in shahid arefi group
