هر کارخانه ای محصول نهایی را از نظر استاندارد و با کیفیت بودن کنترل می نماید. کیفیت اختلاف بین مقدار یا هدف مورد نظر با چیزی است که بدست می آید. برای رسیدن به یک محصول با کیفیت، نیازمند کنترل فرایندها و استانداردسازی آنها هستیم. امروزه توجه بین المللی به مقوله کیفیت گسترش یافته و باعث بوجود آمدن واحدهای ایزو مستندسازی و ایزو کیفیت در واحدهای تولیدی و آزمایشگاهی شده است. با این حال با گرفتن ایزو، کیفیت پایان نمی یابد. در مرحله بعد تضمین کیفیت، بهبود دائم و سنجش مداوم آن ضروری است. از این رو هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی نظام نامه سیستم مدیریت کیفیت در شرکت بین‌المللی آزمایشگاهی تحقیقاتی آموزشی و تولیدی دکتر کامکار می باشد. برای این منظور، چارت کیفیت، سازمانی و مسئولیت هر یک از واحدها تشریح و موارد تشکیل دهنده نظام نامه نیز توضیح داده شدند.
