روش‌‌ها و فناوری‌های مجازی‌سازی سازمان در آینده

فناوری‌های ارتباطات و اطلاعات در نسل‌های پیش‌ رو از فناور‌ی‌های جهشی و رادیکال هستند که تاثیر به‌سزایی بر برنامه‌ها، جامعه و سازمان‌ها خواهد داشت و فضایی فرا هوشمند را مهیا خواهد کرد. در این پژوهش، تغییر و تحولات در دو بخش فناوری‌های سخت افزاری و نرم‌افزاری (تکنیک) مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد که مدیریت و سازماندهی مولفه‌ای بارز از زیرگروه نرم‌افزاری می‌باشد. ویژگی‌های بارز تاخیر‌های بسیار کم، قابلیت اطمینان بسیار بالا، پهنای باند وسیع سیار و دردسترس بودن به‌ هنگام، سبب ایجاد کیفیت و یکپارچگی در کلیه امور زندگی و جامعه خواهد بود که قطعا مدیریت و سازمان‌ها نیز از آن مستثنی نمی‌باشد، این پژوهش می‌تواند چهارچوب موثری در مجازی‌سازی سازمان‌ها در آینده باشد که تاثیرات چشم‌گیری در جهانی‌سازی اقتصادی را به دنبال دارد و تصور از جامعه، سازمان‌ها، مدیریت آن‌ها و بازی جهانی را تغییر خواهد داد.
