بررسی تاثیر رهبری همنوا بر رفتارنوآورانه

هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر رهبری همنوا بر رفتار نوآورانه کاری معلمان در شهر همدان می‏باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش عبارت است از کلیه ی معلمان مدارس شهر همدان که است که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای و جدول جرسی و مورگان تعداد 175 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع ‏آوری اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه؛ پرسشنامه رهبری همنوا واگنر(2010) و پرسشنامه رفتار نوآورانه معلمان جانسن(2000) می باشد. برای آزمون فرضیه ‏های تحقیق از آزمون‏های کلموگروف-اسمیرنف، r پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده گردیده است. نتایج حاصل بیانگر آن است که رهبری همنوا و ابعاد آن بر رفتار نوآورانه کاری معلمان در شهر همدان موثر می‌باشد.

examining the effect of resonant leadership on innovative behavior

the general purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of resonant leadership on the innovative work behavior of teachers in hamedan city. the statistical population of this research consists of all the teachers of schools in hamedan city, 175 people were selected and studied using the multi-stage cluster sampling method and the jersey and morgan table. the data collection tool is two questionnaires؛ it is wagner s resonant leadership questionnaire (2010) and jansen teachers innovative behavior questionnaire (2000). kolmogorov-smirnov, pearson s r and regression tests were used to test the research hypotheses. the results show that the resonant leadership and its dimensions are effective on the innovative work behavior of teachers in hamadan city.
