روش fmea در مهندسی اطمینان: مرور ادبیات

با تغییراتی که در تکنولوژی و فناوری صورت گرفته، شاهد تغییرات چشمگیر و سریعی در سیستم‌ها و بکارگیری تجهیزات مختلف هستیم. این تغییرات باعث شده تا استانداردهای تضمین کیفیت، ایمنی و قابلیت اطمینان ارتقا پیدا کنند و شرایط را برای سازمان‌هایی که هنوز می‌خواهند به‌ طور سنتی به کار خود ادامه بدهند سخت‌تر کرده است و باید راه چاره‌ای برای به روز کردن شرایط خود پیدا کنند. یکی از راه‌هایی که سازمان‌های امروزی بتوانند خود را با شرایط جدید وفق دهند، استفاده از ارزیابی ریسک به روش fmea است. با انجام این روش مطمئن می‌شوند که تجهیزات و سیستم‌های در حال انجام کار، بدون وجود خرابی و زمان توقف وظیفه خود را به درستی انجام می‌دهند. در این مقاله سعی شد تحقیقات سال های گذشته پیرامون تجزیه و تحلیل حالات و اثرات شکست(fmea) مورد بررسی قرار گیرند و دسته و روش هر یک مشخص شود. طی این پژوهش مقالات مختلف دسته بندی و روش هر یک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

fmea method in reliability engineering (literature review)

according the changes that have taken place in technology, we are witnessing significant and rapid changes in systems and the use of different equipment. these changes have caused the standards of quality assurance, safety and reliability to improve, making it more difficult for organizations that still want to continue to work traditionally and must find a way to update their conditions. one of the ways that today s organizations can adapt to new conditions is to use fmea risk assessment. by doing this method, they make sure that the equipment and systems that are doing the work, do their job correctly without any breakdowns and downtime. in this article, the researches of the past years about failure modes and effects analysis (fmea) were tried. be checked and the category and method of each one is specified. during this research, different categories and methods of each article were examined
