روندپژوهی نظام استاندارد سازی دفاعی در افق 1422

استانداردها و استانداردسازی نقش مهمی در توسعه یک کشور دارند و توصیه می‌شود نقش اقتدار و تاثیر استانداردسازی در ارتقاء کیفیت، در تمامی حوزه‌ها و بالا بردن بهره‌وری مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در حال حاضر تمام سطوح جامعه، مخصوصاً سازمان‌های دفاعی به نوعی درگیر نحوه ورود به آینده و با پیش‌بینی آن هستند. در این بین استانداردسازی دفاعی با در سطحی وسیع تر بخاطر سر و کار داشتن با طیف وسیعی از سازمان‌های دفاعی در سطوح مختلف، نسبت به سازمان‌ها با نهادهای دیگر با مقوله آینده‌پژوهی و فرآیندهای آن درگیر بوده و در صورت بی توجهی با درنظر نگرفتن اثرات آن خطرات جبران ناپذیری را متحمل خواهد شد. بنابراین مرکز استاندارد دفاعی باید در تدوین برنامه و فعالیت‌های خود، نسبت به مقوله آینده‌پژوهی و فرآیندهای آن دقت نظر کامل داشته باشند. البته باید توجه داشت که تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آینده‌پژوهی در حوزه‌های استانداردسازی دفاعی نیازمند آماده کردن زیرساخت‌ها و الزاماتی هم در سطح مرکز استاندارد دفاعی و هم در سطح سازمان‌ها و مجموعه‌های دفاعی نیروهای مسلح می‌باشد و در صورت فراهم بودن این زیرساخت‌ها و الزامات می‌توان به نتایج اثربخش فرآیندهای آینده‌پژوهی در مرکز استاندارد دفاعی امیدوار بود و از پیامدها و مزایای آن نهایت بهره را برد. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر به روندپژوهی نظام استانداردسازی دفاعی در افق 1422 می‌پردازد.

standards and standardization play an important role in the development of a country, and it is recommended to pay attention to the role of authority and the impact of standardization in improving quality in all areas and increasing productivity. currently, all levels of society, especially defense organizations, are somehow involved in how to enter the future and predict it. in the meantime, defense standardization is involved on a wider level due to dealing with a wide range of defense organizations at different levels, compared to organizations with other institutions, with the category of future studies and its processes, and in case of neglect, by not considering its effects. will incur irreparable risks. therefore, the defense standard center should be very careful about the category of future studies and its processes in formulating their program and activities. of course, it should be noted that the development and implementation of future research programs in the fields of defense standardization requires the preparation of infrastructures and requirements both at the level of the defense standards center and at the level of the defense organizations and complexes of the armed forces, and if these infrastructures and requirements are provided, effective results can be achieved. future research processes at the defense standards center were hopeful and took full advantage of its implications and benefits. based on this, the present study deals with the research of the defense standardization system in the horizon of 1422.
