شناسایی و بررسی مفاهیم قابلیت اطمینان انسان و تاثیر در بهره‌وری سازمان

در سال‌های اخیر مفهوم قابلیت اطمینان انسانی و مدیریت آن به موضوع اجتماعی و کاربردی در سراسر دنیا مبدل شده است. یکی از پارامترهای مهم در سیستم‌های صنعتی قابلیت اطمینان است که حتماً باید به آن پرداخته شود. شاید این مفهوم در نگاه اول پیچیده به نظر بیاید اما در عین اهمیت یک مفهوم ساده است. در تاسیسات صنعتی حفظ ایمنی همواره از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است، به همین دلیل سیستم‌هایی که ایمنی برای آنها حیاتی است در صنایع گوناگون حائز اهمیت است. از این رو این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و شناسایی مفاهیم پایه و اولیه مفهوم قابلیت اطمینان انسان و همچنین مدیریت و کاربرد آن در صنعت انجام گردیده است. روش پژوهش مطالعه مقالات و منابع گوناگون برای شناسایی ارزش قابلیت اطمینان انسان و میزان بهره‌وری که در صنایع گوناگون می‌گذارد انجام گردیده است و در نتیجه شناسایی تاثیرات حائز اهمیت شاخص‌ها و مفاهیم قابلیت اطمینان انسانی در صنایع گوناگون بررسی و مرور شده است.

in recent years, the concept of human reliability and its management has become a social and practical issue all over the world. one of the important parameters in industrial systems is reliability, which must be addressed. this concept may seem complicated at first glance, but it is a simple concept at the same time. in industrial facilities, maintaining safety is always of great importance, for this reason, systems for which safety is vital are important in various industries. therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of investigating and identifying the basic concepts of the concept of human reliability as well as its management and application in the industry. the research method has been to study various articles and sources to identify the value of human reliability and the level of productivity it has in various industries, and as a result of identifying the important effects of indicators and concepts of human reliability in various industries, it has been examined and reviewed.
