ارزیابی تاثیر مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار بر عملکرد کسب و کار الکترونیک (مطالعه موردی: سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان اصفهان)

چکیده پژوهش حاضر جهت ارزیابی تاثیر مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار بر عملکرد کسب و کار الکترونیک انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان اصفهان به تعداد 40 نفر تشکیل داده‌اند. حجم نمونه بر اساس رابطه کوکران برابر با 35 نفر برآورد شد و این تعداد به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده از بین جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، دو پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار و کسب و کار الکترونیک در مقیاس پنج ارزشی لیکرت با ضرایب پایایی مناسب و مطلوب بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با نرم‌افزار spss و با استفاده از آزمون های میانگین انجام شده است. برای شناسایی ابعاد تشکیل دهنده مولفه های اصلی و اطمینان از صحت مدل های اندازه گیری متغیرها از تحلیل عاملی تائیدی مرتبه اول استفاده شده است. در پایان، نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که تمام ابعاد مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار بر عملکرد کسب و کار الکترونیک تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارند.

evaluating sustainable chain management on e-business performance (case study: isfahan province agricultural jihad organization)

abstract the current research was conducted to evaluate sustainable chain management on the performance of e-business. the research method is practical in terms of information gathering, description and purpose. the statistical population of the research was made up of all the employees of the agricultural jihad organization of isfahan province, numbering 40 people. the sample size was calculated based on cochran s relation equal to 35 people and this number was selected from the statistical population by simple random sampling method. the tool of data collection is two standard questionnaires of sustainable chain management and e-business considering five likert values with a suitable and desirable reliability coefficient. data analysis has been done with spss software and using evaluation tests. first-order confirmatory factor analysis is used to identify the constituents of the main components and ensure the accuracy of the measurement models. in the end, the results of the data analysis showed that all its chain management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of e-business. key words: sustainability, sustainable chain management, electronic business, agricultural jihad organization
