قابلیت عملکرد نمودارهای کنترلی چند متغیره t2 و mewma درپایش پروژه

مدیران پروژه همواره درصدد هستند که بتوانند پروژه را طبق برنامه زمان بندی و بودجه تخصیصی به پایان رسانند. برای این منظور، مدیریت ارزش کسب شده یکی از کاربردی ترین روش های پایش و کنترل عملکرد پروژه است که در سال های اخیر مورد توجه مدیران پروژه قرار گرفته است. یکی از مهمترین خروجی های مدیریت ارزش کسب شده، شاخص های عملکردی هزینه و زمان است. بکارگیری گسترده مدیریت ارزش کسب شده و سیستم‌های مشابه برای سنجش عملکرد پروژه‌ها، در بسیاری از پروژه ها منجر به تولید شاخص های متعددی شده است. واقعیت آن است که شاخص‌های عملکردی یک پروژه دارای تاثیر متقابل هستند که این ویژگی مهم تحلیل انفرادی آنها را با خطا همراه می سازد. در مدیریت ارزش کسب شده نه تنها به تاثیر متقابل شاخص ها توجه نشده است، بلکه عدم توجه به پایش تغییرپذیری شاخص ها موجب شده که در این روش نتوان به خوب بودن عملکرده بر اساس معیار شاخص پذیری اظهار نظر کرد. این پژوهش قصد دارد مبتنی بر داده های واقعی یک پروژه گازرسانی، نشان دهد که با استفاده از نمودارهای کنترلی چند متغیره، می توان بصورت اثربخشی به مدیران پروژه در پایش تغییرپذیری شاخص های عملکردی پروژه با در نظر گرفتن ویژگی اثر متقابل شاخص ها کمک کرد. این مقاله مبتنی بر نمودارهای کنترل چند متغیره روشی را برای پایش همزمان شاخص‌های عملکردی پروژه ها ارائه خواهد داد، که ضمن تحلیل نتایج به دست آمده از نمودار های کنترلی چند متغیره نتایج حاصل از آن ها را با یکدیگر مقایسه می کند و بهترین روش را برای پایش تغییرپذیری شاخص های عملکردی پروژه معرفی خواهد کرد.

project managers always try to finish the project according to the schedule and allocated budget. for this purpose, earned value management is one of the most practical methods of project performance monitoring and control, which has attracted the attention of project managers in recent years. one of the most important outputs of earned value management is cost and time performance indicators. the widespread use of earned value management and similar systems to measure project performance has led to the production of numerous indicators in many projects. the fact is that the performance indicators of a project have mutual influence, which makes their individual analysis with errors. in earned value management, not only the mutual influence of the indicators has not been paid attention to, but also the lack of attention to monitoring the variability of the indicators has caused that in this method it is not possible to comment on the good performance based on the criterion of indexability. this research aims to show, based on the real data of a gas supply project, that by using multivariable control charts, it is possible to effectively help project managers in monitoring the variability of the performance indicators of the project, taking into account the characteristics of the mutual effect of the indicators. this article, based on multivariable control charts, will provide a method for simultaneous monitoring of performance indicators of projects, which, while analyzing the results obtained from multivariable control charts, compares the results obtained from them. and it will introduce the best method for monitoring the variability of the performance indicators of the project.
