شناسایی و طبقه بندی استاندارد های ایمنی در پروژه های ملی ساخت و ساز استان خراسان رضوی

عدم توجه به استانداردهای ایمنی در پروژه ها سبب بروز مشکلات عدیده برای شرکت‌ها خواهد شد؛ این امر سبب شده است تا شرکت‌ها به دنبال شناسایی استانداردهای ایمنی و معیارهای آن و توجه به این عوامل بر انتخاب پیمانکاران باشند. از این رو هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و دسته بندی استانداردهای ایمنی در پروژه‌های ملی ساخت و ساز استان خراسان رضوی است. پژوهش حاضر در چند مرحله قابل بررسی است. در ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات و مبانی نظری، طراحی استانداردها و معیارهای ایمنی از ادبیات و مبانی نظری استخراج شد؛ در گام بعدی به منظور تایید این مولفه ها پرسشنامه دلفی فازی طراحی و در بین خبرگان (ده خبره) توزیع شد و نظرات آنان گردآوری شد. پس از این گام، به منظور خلاصه سازی و دسته بندی این مولفه در چند عامل و مولفه بزرگ تر، از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و نظرات جامعه آماری استفاده شد و پس از آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، به منظور تایید شاخص ها و مولفه های استخراجی و دسته بندی ها استفاده شد. با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی 13 عامل ادبیات مورد تایید قرار گرفتند و نهایتا در 3 دسته مولفه های فردی، سازمانی و فرهنگی این عوامل جای گرفتند. در ادامه با بررسی تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نظرات خبرگان هم سه دسته عوامل و هم عوامل 13 گانه درون این عوامل با هم مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که مهمترین دسته عوامل ایمنی، دسته فرهنگی، پس از آن فردی و سازمانی بود.

failure to pay attention to safety standards in projects will cause many problems for companies؛ this has caused companies to seek to identify safety standards and their criteria and pay attention to these factors on the selection of contractors. therefore, the main goal of the current research is to identify and categorize safety standards in national construction projects in razavi khorasan province. the present research can be investigated in several stages. at first, by reviewing the literature and theoretical foundations, the design of safety standards and criteria was extracted from the literature and theoretical foundations؛ in the next step, in order to verify these components, a fuzzy delphi questionnaire was designed and distributed among experts (ten experts) and their opinions were collected. became. after this step, in order to summarize and categorize this component into several factors and larger components, exploratory factor analysis and the opinions of the statistical community were used, and after the exploratory factor analysis test, in order to verify the extracted indicators and components and categories were used. by confirmatory factor analysis, 13 literature factors were confirmed and finally they were placed in 3 categories of individual, organizational and cultural components of these factors. in the following, by examining the hierarchical analysis and experts opinions, both the three categories of factors and the 13 factors within these factors were compared. the results showed that the most important category of safety factors was cultural, followed by individual and organizational.
