بررسی کارکردگرای مهندسی ارزش در تولید مصنوعات چوبی (مطالعه موری میز تحریر)

امروزه با توجه به تشدید رقابت های اقتصادی کشورها و تاثیر آن بر مراودات سیاسی و تغییرات روز افزون بهره وری برای سهم بیشتر در بازارهای بین المللی، مفهوم رقابت پذیری به عنوان مهم ترین شاخص های موفقیت مطرح است. از این رو ضرورت توجه به کیفیت و قیمت برای تصمیم گیران هر سازمان یا واحد تولیدی از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. مهندسی ارزش یکی از موفق ترین متدولوژی های حل مساله، کاهش هزینه و بهبود عملکرد و کیفیت است. رویکرد کارکردگرا و سیستماتیک مهندسی ارزش در شناسایی کارکردهای ضروری و حذف کارکردهای غیرضروری و سرعت بالای به نتیجه رسیدن آن از وجوه تمایز آن در مقایسه با دیگر تکنیک ها و روش های مهندسی است. در این راستا توجه به خواسته مشتریان و جایگزینی مواد و روش مونتاژ با هدف کاهش هزینه و حفظ کیفیت می تواند گامی موثر در باقی ماندن سازمان ها در صحنه رقابت باشد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از تئوری های مهندسی ارزش، کارکردهای تولید یکی از مصنوعات چوبی (میز تحریر) بررسی و با رسم دیاگرام fast جهت شناسایی کارکردهای اصلی و فرعی و نقش هر یک از کارکردها اقدام شده است.

a functionalist study of value engineering in the production of wooden products (case study: desk)

today, due to the intensification of economic competition between countries and its impact on political relations and the increasing changes in productivity for a greater share in international markets, the concept of competitiveness is considered as the most important indicators of success. therefore, the need to pay attention to quality and price is of special importance for the decision makers of any organization or production unit. value engineering is one of the most successful methodologies for solving problems, reducing costs and improving performance and quality. the functionalist and systematic approach of value engineering is in identifying essential functions and removing unnecessary functions and the high speed of achieving its results is one of its distinguishing features compared to other engineering techniques and methods. in this regard, paying attention to customers demands and replacing materials and assembly methods with the aim of reducing costs and maintaining quality can be an effective step in keeping organizations in the competitive scene. in this research, using value engineering theories, the production functions of one of the wooden artifacts (writing desk) have been examined and fast diagram has been drawn to identify the main and secondary functions and the role of each function.
