اولویت بندی ویژگی های نیروی کار در حوزه ی اینترنت اشیاء صنعتی مبتنی بر تکنیک کوداس فازی

پژوهش حاضر، به شناخت عوامل موثر در ارتقای کارآمدی نیروی انسانی و رتبه بندی این عوامل کلیدی در صنعت خودرو با لحاظ مولفه های اینترنت اشیاء صنعتی می پردازد از این رو هدف پژوهش تحلیل ویژگی های نیروی کار مرتبط با اینترنت اشیاء صنعتی در صنعت خودرو می باشد. پیشرفت تکنولوژی انقلاب های مختلفی را در صنعت نشان می دهد و اینترنت اشیاء صنعتی یک چالش برای صنایع در انقلاب صنعتی چهارم محسوب می شود و نیروی کار با چنین چالشی اهمیت پیدا می کند بنابراین ویژگی های نیروی کار برای افزایش عملکرد در محیط صنعت 4 باید شناسایی شوند.در این پژوهش به تجزیه تحلیل هفت ویژگی نیروی کار بر اساس ده معیار می پردازد. در ابتدا معیارها و ویژگی ها بعد از استخراج از پژوهش های پیشین، به وسیله ی ارزیابی خبرگان و تکنیک دلفی فازی انتخاب می شود سپس اهمیت معیارهای مربوطه را با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل تجدیدنظر شده و اولویت بندی ویژگی های نیروی کار با استفاده از کوداس فازی اجرا می شود.در نهایت می توان گفت که نتایج پژوهش به این صورت نشان می دهد که معیار رهبری مهمترین معیار می باشد و ویژگی کلیدی، آمادگی برای یادگیری و پذیرش مهارت جدید انتخاب شده است.

prioritization of workforce attributes in the field of industrial internet of things based on the fuzzy codas

the present study deals with the recognition of the effective factors in improving the efficiency of workforce and the ranking of these key factors in the automotive industry in terms of the components of the internet of industrial things, therefore, the purpose of the research is to analyze workforce attributes related to the internet of industrial things and the industry 4.0 in the automotive industry.the advancement of technology shows various revolutions in the industry, and the internet of industrial things is considered a challenge for industries in the fourth industrial revolution, and the workforce becomes important with such a challenge,therefore, workforce attributes should be identified to increase performance in the industry 4 environment. in this research, it analyzes seven workforce attributes based on ten criteria. at first, the criteria and characteristics are selected after extracting them from previous researches, by means of expert evaluation and the fuzzy delphi technique, then, the importance of the relevant criteria using revised dimtel and the prioritization of workforce attributes is implemented using fuzzy codas.finally, it can be said that the research results show that the leadership criterion is the most important criterion and the readiness to learn and accept the new skill is chosen as key attribute
