بررسی تاثیر 6 سیگما، صنعت 4.0 و سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت بر روی کیفیت وبهره وری کار در صنایع تولیدی: مطالعه موردی صنایع خودرو سازی

هدف از این تحقیق بررسی، ارزیابی و سنجش تاثیر استقرار تکنولوژی صنعت 4.0، شش سیگما و سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت بر روی کیفیت و بهره وری کار در صنایع تولیدی است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل تاثیرگذاری پیاده سازی این مفاهیم از داده های مربوط به 5 کارخانه تولیدی در صنعت خودرو سازی در کشور استفاده می کنیم. به این صورت که جمعیت این تحقیق تمامی مدیران بالادستی صنعت خودرو سازی می باشد و نمونه های تحقیق با استفاده از یک روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب می شوند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسش نامه های طراحی شده جهت این تحقیق استفاده می شود و برای پاسخ گویی به سوالات بین خبرگان این حوزه توزیع می گردد. تعداد پرسش نامه های معتبر و ورودی در تحقیق 208 نمونه بوده است که قبل از توزیع به ارزیابی پایایی و روایی آنها می پردازیم. برای پردازش اطلاعات، تحلیل اثرات مفاهیم صنعت 4.0، شش سیگما و سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت بر روی کیفیت و بهره وری کار و ارزیابی مدل ساختاری تحقیق از معیارهای ضریب مسیر، اندازه اثر، مقادیر پیش بین و شاخص نیکویی برازش استفاده می شود و سپس آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق طبق مدل مفهومی ارائه شده انجام می شود. در نهایت به ارائه و تحلیل نتایج و اثرات بدست آمده پرداخته می شود.

investigating the impact of 6 sigma, industry 4.0 and quality management systems on quality and work productivity in manufacturing industries: a case study of automotive industries

the purpose of this research is to investigate, evaluate and measure the impact of the establishment of industry 4.0 technology, six sigma and quality management systems on the quality and productivity of work in manufacturing industries. to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of these concepts, we use the data of 5 manufacturing plants in the automotive industry in the country. in this way, the population of this research is all the upstream managers of the automotive industry and the research samples are selected using a random sampling method. questionnaires designed for this research are used to collect information and are distributed among experts in this field to answer the questions. the number of valid and input questionnaires in the research has been 208 samples, which we evaluate their reliability and validity before distribution. to process information, analyze the effects of industry 4.0 concepts, six sigma and quality management systems on work quality and productivity, and evaluate the structural model of the research, the criteria of path coefficient, effect size, predictive values, and goodness of fit index are used, and then the test research hypotheses are carried out according to the presented conceptual model. finally, the results and effects obtained are presented and analyzed.
