ارزیابی و انتخاب تامین کننده در یک زنجیره تامین بر اساس روش های تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره ترکیبی و تجزیه تحلیل حساسیت

ارزیابی و انتخاب تامین کننده، یک موضوع اساسی در نمایش اهمیت استراتژیک زنجیره تامین می باشد. در گذشته، روش های مختلف تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره از جمله روش مجموع ساده وزنی، مورا و تاپسیس توسط محققان برای انتخاب و ارزیابی تامین کننده مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش، اجرای رتبه بندی تامین کنندگان با استفاده از هر سه روش مجموع ساده وزنی، مورا و تاپسیس مورد تجزیه تحلیل و مقایسه قرار می گیرد. هدف از این اقدام، پیدا کردن روشی مرسوم و به دنبال آن تعیین هدف آینده برای رسیدن به یک راه حل بهینه در حل مسائل براساس مشخصات، استراتژی ها و نیازهای خریدار می باشد. همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل حساسیت بر روی هر سه روش با تغییر وزن های مربوط به هر معیار و با استفاده از وزن های نرمال شده هر معیار صورت می پذیرد. نتایج حاصل از سه روش، تقریبا مشابه با نتایج تحقیقات صورت گرفته توسط دیگر محققان می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد که هر سه روش ذاتا مقاوم می باشند.

evaluation and selection of suppliers in a supply chain based on combined multi-criteria decision-making methods and sensitivity analysis

supplier evaluation and selection is a fundamental issue in showing the strategic importance of the supply chain. in the past, various multi-criteria decision-making methods, including weighted simple sum method, mora and topsis, have been used by researchers to select and evaluate suppliers.in this research, the implementation of supplier ranking using all three simple weighted sum methods, mora and topsis is analyzed and compared. the purpose of this action is to find a conventional method and then determine the future goal to reach an optimal solution in solving problems based on the specifications, strategies and needs of the buyer. also, sensitivity analysis is done on all three methods by changing the weights of each criterion and using the normalized weights of each criterion.the results obtained from the three methods are almost similar to the results of research conducted by other researchers. the results show that all three methods are intrinsically resistant.
