ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش های سازمانی، گامی موثر در اطمینان پذیری کیفیت

تحولات و تغییرات مستمر، عدم قطعیت، غیرقابل پیش بینی بودن و ابهام در وقوع رویدادها و همچنین ایجاد و توسعه فناوری های مدرن به صورت پویا، همگی باعث توجه به موضوع کیفیت گردیده است. از طرفی یکی از عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء کیفی عملکردها و محصولات آموزش کارکنان می باشد. اهمیت و ضرورت آموزش در پیشبرد اهداف کیفی یک سازمان موجب شده است تا ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه های آموزشی به عنوان یکی از ارکان موثر در اطمینان پذیری کیفیت مورد توجه قرار گیرد. مقاله حاضر با هدف برجسته سازی امر ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش های سازمانی و اثبات تاثیر آن در ارتقاء اطمینان پذیری کیفیت انجام گرفته است. یافته ها نشان دادند که کیفیت ناشی از امر آموزش ، تابعی از میزان اثربخشی آن در سطوح مختلف می باشد. ضمن آنکه اطمینان بخشی به کیفیت هم با افزایش اثربخشی ارتقاء می یاید.

evaluating the effectiveness of organizational training ,an effective step towards quality assurance

continuous developments and changes, uncertainty, unpredictability and ambiguity in the occurrence of events, as well as the creation and development of modern technologies in a dynamic manner, all have caused attention to the issue of quality. on the other hand, one of the effective factors in improving the quality of functions and products is employee training. the prevalence and necessity of training in advancing the quality aims of an organization has led to the evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs as one of the effective elements in the reliability of quality. this article aims to highlight the effectiveness of organizational training and prove its effectiveness in improving quality reliability. the findings showed that the quality of education is a function of its effectiveness at different levels. at the same time, quality is also improved by increasing effectiveness.
