محاسبه و تحلیل شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد مربوط به قابلیت اطمینان

تعیین وضعیت اجرائیات و هم راستایی آن‌ها با اهداف سازمان از جمله چالش‌های اساسی بخش‌های مختلف یک شرکت است. بخش نگهداری و تعمیرات نیز به عنوان یکی از بخش‌های حیاتی سازمان‌ها به سنجش و پایش مستمر عملکرد فعالیت‌های نت نیاز دارد تا از این طریق بتواند فرصت‌های بهبود، نقاط ضعف و تهدید را به موقع شناسایی نموده و اقدامات لازم را انجام دهد. از این‌رو تعریف معیارها و نمایانگرهای اساسی و سپس تعیین مقادیر عددی آن‌ها کمک شایانی به تعیین وضعیت یک سیستم خواهد کرد. شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (kpi) نقش این معیارها را برای مدیریت ایفا می‌کنند. تبیین شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد در حوزه نگهداری و تعمیرات قابلیت اطمینان تجهیزات، نیروی انسانی و غیره را تحت پایش، کنترل و ارزیابی مستمر قرار داده و به شناسایی و رفع مشکلات، کمبودها و نیازمندی‌های ضروری و اساسی فعالیت‌های نت کمک می‌کند. هدف این مقاله که در بخش نگهداری و تعمیرات صنعت هواپیماسازی ایران (هسا) و در محدوده زمانی سال 1400 انجام شده است، اندازه‌گیری و تحلیل شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد مربوط به قابلیت اطمینان در این سازمان و تعیین نقاط ضعف و قوت بر اساس این شاخص‌ها می‌باشد.

determining the state of operations and their alignment with the goals of the organization is one of the important challenges of different departments of a company. the maintenance and repair department, as one of the vital departments of the organizations, needs to continuously measure and monitor the performance of the maintenance and repair activities in order to be able to identify opportunities for improvement, weaknesses, and threats in a timely manner and take the necessary measures. therefore, defining the basic criteria and indicators and then determining their numerical values will help to determine the status of a system. key performance indicators (kpi) play the role of these criteria for management. explaining the key performance indicators in the field of maintenance and repairs, puts the reliability of equipment, human resources, etc. under continuous monitoring, control, and evaluation, and helps to identify and solve problems, deficiencies, and essential requirements of maintenance and repair activities. the purpose of this article, which was carried out in the maintenance and repair department of iran aircraft industry and in the time frame of 1400, is to measure and analyze the key performance indicators related to reliability in this organization and determine the weak and strong points based on these indicators.
