در دنیای پرتلاطم امروز، بسیاری از کسب و کارها در حال روی آوردن به منابع محدودی هستند که در اختیار دارند. از طرفی سازمان‌ها نیز برای حضور در چرخه رقابت، دائما عملکرد عملیاتی انعطاف‌پذیری فعالیت‌های تجاری خود را بازبینی و اصلاح می نمایند. مدیریت فرایند کسب و کار این توانایی را در سازمان ایجاد می ‌کند تا اجرای سناریوهای موفقیت را با شناخت بهتر و جزییات بیشتری انجام دهند. از این رو تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی رویه انبارش با روش apqc انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که از چارچوب طبقه‌بندی فرایند می‌توان برای فراهم آوردن مواردی چون: تهیه چارچوب و چک لیست فرآیندهایی که باید هنگام استفاده از تعیین دامنه پروژه‌های مرتبط با فرایند استفاده شود. مبنایی برای ساختن منابع فرایندی با استفاده از ابزارهای پیچیده‌ای همچون شیرپوینت یا بهره ‌گیری از مجموعه‌ای ساده از پوشه‌ ها در یک درایو شبکه مشترک. تهیه نقطه شروع یک پروژه مستندسازی فرایند با ارائه فهرستی کامل از فرایند ها.

in today s fast-paced world, many businesses are turning to the limited resources they have. on the other hand, organizations constantly review and modify the flexibility of their business activities in order to participate in the competition cycle. business process management creates this ability in the organization to implement success scenarios with better knowledge and more details. therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the warehouse procedure with the apqc method. the results of the research showed that the process classification framework can be used to provide things such as: preparation of the framework and checklist of processes that should be used when determining the scope of projects related to the process. a basis for creating process resources using complex tools such as sharepoint or using a simple set of folders on a shared network drive. preparation a starting point for a process documentation project by providing a complete list of processes.
