بررسی نقش اخلاقیات در تربیت دانشجویان در تراز انقلاب اسلامی

هدایت و تربیت انسان ها و تهذیب نفوس یکی از مهم ترین اهداف و خواسته های انبیا (علیهم السلام) به ویژه پیامبر اکرم (صلی الله علیه و آله) و مکتب حیاتبخش اسلام بوده و می باشد. با وجود این، اهمیت اخلاق و تربیت اخلاقی به اسلام و جوامع اسلامی اختصاص ندارد؛ تجربه نشان داده است انسان، خواه متدین یا غیر متدین، هیچ گاه حتی در دوره مدرن و پسامدرن، بی نیاز از اخلاق و تربیت اخلاقی نبوده و نیست. ضرورت اخلاق دانشجویی آنجایی است که اخلاق گریزی، تاثیر ژرف بر تخریب مبانی اخلاقی جامعه و دور شدن جامعه از مسیر دینی خود دارد. اسلامی شدن دانشگاه ها، نیز در گرو اخلاقی بودن آنهاست. رعایت اصول اخلاقی دانشجویی، نقش مهمی در انسجام و اتحاد جامعة بشری، امنیت اجتماعی، گسترش دین الهی و تولید دانش و تحقیقات علمی ایفا می کند و از آنجایی که رهبری گام دوم انقلاب بر عهده ی جوانان می باشد، بررسی مواردی که آن ها را در این راستا قرار می دهد ضروری است. پای‌بندی به اصول و ارزش‌های اخلاقی حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه ها علی الخصوص بین دانشجویان که سکاندار آینده ی این مرز و بوم اند، بسیار حایز اهمیت است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش مولفه‌های اخلاقی در تربیت دانشجویان در تراز انقلاب اسلامی مبتنی بر رهیافت اسلامی–ایرانی انجام یافته است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف بنیادی و از لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی از نوع تحلیلی است و از روش کتابخانه‌ای برای تهیه ادبیات تحقیق و از روش دلفی مبتنی بر نظرخواهی از خبرگان، برای جمع آوری داده های استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق هنجارهای فردی برای سنجش اصول اخلاقی را تحت عناوین صداقت، وظیفه‌شناسی و پاسخگویی، عدالت و انصاف، احترام، تعهد و قول درست، سعی و کوشش مطرح نمود که دست اندرکاران نظام آموزشی برای تربیت اخلاقی دانشجو باید مدنظر قرار دهند.

guiding and educating people and refining souls was and is one of the most important goals and desires of the prophets (peace be upon them), especially the holy prophet (peace and blessings of god be upon him) and the life-giving school of islam. despite this, the importance of ethics and moral education is not exclusive to islam and islamic societies; experience has shown that man, whether he is religious or non-religious, has never, even in the modern and post-modern era, been without the need for ethics and moral education. the necessity of student ethics is that apathy has a profound effect on the destruction of the moral foundations of the society and the society s departure from its religious path. islamization of universities also depends on their morality. observance of student moral principles plays an important role in the cohesion and unity of human society, social security, the spread of divine religion and the production of knowledge and scientific research. places in this direction is necessary. it is very important to adhere to professional ethical principles and values in universities, especially among students who are the helmsman of the future of this border and region. this study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the role of moral components in the education of students at the level of the islamic revolution based on the islamic-iranian approach. this research is descriptive and analytical in terms of its fundamental purpose, and the library method was used to prepare the research literature and the delphi method based on expert opinion was used to collect data. the results of the research revealed individual norms for measuring moral principles under the headings of honesty, conscientiousness and accountability, justice and fairness, respect, commitment and true promise, effort and effort, which should be taken into consideration by those involved in the educational system for the moral education of students.
