امروزه رشد پر شتاب علم‌ و ظهور فناوری‌ های‌ جدید از یک‌سو و از هم‌گسیختگی‌ مبانی‌ سنتی‌ اخلاق در جوامع‌ از سوی‌ دیگر، اهمیت‌ اخلاق حرفه‌ای‌ را دو چندان کرده است‌. امروزه با گسترش جوامع انسانی نیاز به وجود سازمانهای متولی امور مختلف نیز بیشتر احساس می شود. این در حالی است که تاسیس سازمانهای جدید و حتی نگه داشت بهینه ی سازمانهای قدیمی نیازمند حضور و فعالیت منابع انسانی کار آمد و متخصص است. از آنجا که هر سازمان جامعه ای منحصر به فرد است لزوم رعایت و اشاعه ی عوامل موثر بر اخلاق کاری بیشتر احساس می شود. اخلاق کسب و کار از جمله مسائل مهم سازمانها محسوب می شود که عدم شناخت شاخص ها و التزام به رعایت آنها می تواند پیامدهای منفی جامعه ستیز گوناگونی درپی داشته باشد. هدف از این مقاله مروری، ترسیم یک تصویر واضح و جامع از اخلاق کسب و کار و راهکارهای اجرایی شدن آن در سازمانها و کسب و کارها می باشد.

today, the rapid growth of science and the emergence of new technologies on the one hand and the disintegration of the traditional foundations of ethics in societies on the other hand have doubled the importance of professional ethics. today, with the expansion of human societies, the need for organizations in charge of various affairs is felt more. at the same time, the establishment of new organizations and even the optimal maintenance of old organizations require the presence and activity of efficient and expert human resources. since every social organization is unique, the need to observe and spread the factors affecting work ethics is felt more. business ethics is considered as one of the important issues of organizations, the lack of recognition of the indicators and the commitment to comply with them can have various negative anti-social consequences. the purpose of this review article is to draw a clear and comprehensive picture of business ethics and its implementation solutions in organizations and businesses.
