سیاست ها و نگرش ها پیرامون سانسور و ممیزی در ترجمه ادبی در ایران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی سیاست‌های جاری ممیزی ترجمه در ایران با تمرکز ویژه بر آثار ادبی انجام شده است. علاوه بر این، برداشت های عمومی در مورد غربالگری و سانسور نیز در کانون توجه قرار داشت. این مطالعه بر اسناد رسمی منتشر شده توسط متولیان و شوراهای مسئول سیاست گذاری فرهنگی متمرکز بود. مطالب بیشتر برای مطالعه برداشت های عمومی شامل مصاحبه ها، سرمقاله ها و گزارش های منتشر شده در وب سایت ها یا رسانه های رسمی بود. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه از نوع تحلیل محتوا بود. محقق از طریق فرآیند کدگذاری جهت دار، کدهای مربوطه را در جملاتی که واحدهای تحلیل بودند، شناسایی کرد. سپس آنها تحت موضوعات مرتبط گروه بندی شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که معیارهای اصلی ممیزی، معیارهای مذهبی، اخلاقی و سیاسی است. علاوه بر این، انواع عمده سانسور شامل پیش از انتشار، خودسانسوری و سانسور پس از انتشار بود. در میان این گونه ها و معیارها، ملاحظات سیاسی و سانسور پیش از انتشار، غالب ترین آنها بود.

policies and attitudes toward censorship and screening in literary translation in iran

the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the current policies of translation audit in iran with a special focus on literary works. in addition, public perceptions about screening and censorship were also in focus. this study was focused on official documents published by trustees and councils responsible for cultural policy. more materials for studying public perceptions included interviews, editorials and reports published on websites or official media. the research method in this study was content analysis. through the directional coding process, the researcher identified the relevant codes in the sentences that were the units of analysis. then they were grouped under related topics. the research results showed that the main audit criteria are religious, moral and political criteria. in addition, the major types of censorship included pre-publication, self-censorship, and post-publication censorship. among these types and criteria, political considerations and censorship before publication were the most dominant.
