بررسی اثر داستان های شاهنامه بر میزان عزت نفس و افسردگی دانش آموزان

ادبیات کودک و نوجوان یکی از مهمترین ابزارهای تربیت و آموزش کودکان و نوجوانان است. یکی از بخش های ادبیات کودک و نوجوان بازنویسی داستان های کهن فارسی به زبانی ساده برای آنهاست. همچنین شاهنامه فردوسی کتابیست که سرشار از نکات آموزشی و تربیتی است. داستان ها و افسانه های این کتاب، حماسه ها، شخصیت ها و وقایع این کتاب میتواند تاثیر بسیار زیادی در تربیت کودکان و نوجوانان داشته باشد. با توجه به این موضوع که میزان افسردگی و کمبود عزت نفس در کودکان و نوجوانان مقدار قابل توجهی است، در این مقاله سعی شده است تا تاثیر برگزاری جلسات قصه گویی و داستان های شاهنامه بر میزان عزت نفس و افسردگی دانش آموزان را بررسی کنیم.

children s and adolescent literature is one of the most important tools of education and training of children and adolescents. one of the parts of children s and adolescent literature is the rewriting of old persian stories in a simple language for them. also, ferdowsi s shahnameh is a book that is full of educational and educational points. the stories and legends of this book, epics, characters and events of this book can have a great impact on the education of children and teenagers. considering the fact that the level of depression and lack of self-esteem in children and adolescents is significant, in this article, we have tried to investigate the effect of holding storytelling sessions and stories from the shahnameh on the level of self-esteem and depression of students.
