چکیده
|
در سالهای اخیر بحرانهای ناشی از رویدادهای طبیعی در جهان افزایش چشمگیری داشته است. تاثیرات گوناگون تغییر اقلیم بر بخشهای مختلف تولیدی، محیطزیستی و جوامع انسانی سبب شده از آن بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین چالشهای زیستمحیطی قرن بیستویکم یاد شود. تغییر اقلیم تاثیرات گستردهای بر نحوه سرمایهگذاری در سامانههای نوین آبیاری دارد. با افزایش شدت و تکرار خشکسالیها و تغییر الگوی بارشها، روشهای سنتی آبیاری کمتر قابل اعتماد میشوند و نیاز به سامانههای مدرنتر و هوشمندتر برای مدیریت منابع آبی احساس میشود. سرمایهگذاریها به سمت فناوریهای نوین مانند آبیاری قطرهای و سیستمهای خودکار آبیاری که از حسگرها و تحلیل دادهها برای بهینهسازی زمانبندی آبیاری استفاده میکنند، سوق داده میشوند. این فناوریها نه تنها مصرف آب را کاهش میدهند بلکه باعث افزایش بهرهوری و کاهش هزینههای عملیاتی نیز میشوند. علاوه بر این، استفاده از منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر مانند سامانههای آبیاری خورشیدی نیز در حال گسترش است. این سیستمها به ویژه در مناطقی که دسترسی به برق قابل اعتماد نیست، گزینهای پایدار و مقرون به صرفه برای مدیریت آب محسوب میشوند. روشهای نوآورانه دیگر شامل استفاده از آبهای بازیافتی و منابع آب جایگزین برای آبیاری میباشد که با توجه به کمبود آب شیرین، فشار بر منابع آبی را کاهش میدهند. با این حال، مدیریت دقیق برای جلوگیری از مخاطرات زیستمحیطی و بهداشتی ضروری است. همچنین، تاکید بیشتری بر چارچوبهای سیاستی و مشوقهای مالی برای ترویج پذیرش سامانههای نوین آبیاری وجود دارد. سرمایهگذاریها نه تنها بر زیرساختها بلکه بر توانمندسازی و توسعه نهادهای حمایتی برای اجرای موثر و نگهداری این فناوریها متمرکز هستند.

Abstract
|
in recent years, crises caused by natural events around the world have dramatically increased. the various effects of climate change on different sectors of production, the environment, and human societies have caused it to be mentioned as one of the mos t important environmental challenges of the twentieth century. climate change has wide-ranging effects on how to inves t in modern irrigation sys tems.climate change and food security are two fundamental factors in agriculture. modern irrigation sys tems are a set of arrangements, solutions, and new technologies. while improving the irrigation efficiency, the actual water needs of the plants are supplied and the soil conditions are kept physically, chemically, and environmentally s table. considering the importance of inves tment in this sector and the impact of climate change, this research aims to inves tigate the impact of climate change on the way of inves ting in modern irrigation sys tems.materials and methodsgenerally, climate change has increased the need to inves t in modern irrigation sys tems and resis tant and environmentally friendly methods to face the challenges caused by climate change and sus tainable agriculture, food security, and protection. climate change has a great impact on how to inves t in modern irrigation sys tems. these effects are applied through several main and related pathways: increasing water scarcity and changing rainfall patterns, technological advancement, automatic sys tems, alternative water sources, and renewable energy, policy support and financial incentives adapting to climate change, and reducing vulnerability. these changes and inves tments generally help to improve agricultural sus tainability, increase food security, and protect water resources. paying attention to these points and implementing them at different levels has an essential role in dealing with the challenges caused by climate change. to increase inves tment in modern irrigation sys tems due to climate changes, several specific s trategies can be used. these s trategies include using advanced technologies, improving water resources management, creating financial incentives, training and capacity building, and improving infras tructure.results and discussioninves tment in modern irrigation sys tems is increasing due to climate change and this trend will continue due to the high importance of water resource management and increasing agricultural productivity. however, to succeed in this field, coordinated efforts are needed between governments, international organizations, the private sector, and farmers. developing new technologies, providing appropriate training, and creating financial incentives increase these inves tments and deal with the challenges caused by climate change.conclusionwith increasing intensity and recurrence of droughts and changing rainfall patterns, traditional irrigation methods become less reliable and the need for more modern and intelligent sys tems for managing water resources is felt. new technologies like drip irrigation and automated irrigation sys tems, which utilize sensors and data analysis to optimize irrigation timing, are attracting inves tments. these technologies not only reduce water consumption but also increase productivity and reduce operating cos ts. in addition, the use of renewable energy sources such as solar irrigation sys tems is also extending. these sys tems are considered a sus tainable and cos t-effective option for water management, especially in areas where access to electricity is not reliable. other innovative methods include using recycled water and alternative water sources for irrigation, which reduce the pressure on water resources due to a lack of fresh water. however, careful management is necessary to avoid environmental and health hazards. also, there is more emphasis on policy frameworks and financial incentives to promote the adoption of new irrigation sys tems. the focus of inves tments extends beyond infras tructure, encompassing the empowerment and development of supporting ins titutions to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of these technologies.
