شناسایی اثرگذارترین و اثرپذیرترین عوامل زنجیره تامین لارس با تکنیک دیمتل

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، شناسایی اثرگذارترین و اثرپذیرترین عوامل زنجیره تامینلارس می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی - توسعه ای است. عوامل با روش فراترکیب استخراج شدند. زنجیره تامین لارس دارای عوامل زنجیره تامین پایدار، زنجیره تامین تاب آور، زنجیره تامین چابک ، زنجیره تامین ناب و 16 شاخص مختلف (مدیریت تامین کنندگان، تامین کنندگان پشتیبان، کانال توزیع چندگانه، حذف ضایعات، تولید به هنگام، مدیریت لجستیک، بهبود مستمر، انعطاف پذیری، شایستگی، سرعت، ارتباط با مشتریان، پاسخگویی، چابکی، اقتصاد ی، زیست محیطی و اجتماعی ) می باشد. پرسشنامه دیمتل بر اساس عوامل طراحی و در اختیار 15 نفر از خبرگان صنایع کاشی و سرامیک یزد قرار داده شد. برای تعیین میزان تاثیرپذیری و تاثیرگذاری هریک از شاخص ها، از روش دیمتل استفاده شد. به این منظور، پرسشنامه دیمتل توسط اساتید و خبرگان این حوزه تکمیل شد و در نهایت در دستگاه مختصات دکارتی روابط بین شاخص ها مشخص گردید. نتایج نشان داد به ترتیب عوامل اقتصادی، چابکی، بهبود مستمر و انعطاف پذیری، بیشترین تاثیرگذاری و از طرفی، مدیریت تامین کنندگان بیشترین تاثیرپذیری را در بین شاخص های زنجیره تامین لارس دارند .

identifying the most effective and efficient factors of lars supply chain with dimetal technique

the main goal of this research is to identify the most effective and efficient factors of lars supply chain. this research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose. factors were extracted by super combination method. lars supply chain has factors of sustainable supply chain, resilient supply chain, agile supply chain, lean supply chain and 16 different indicators (supplier management, supporting suppliers, multiple distribution channel, waste elimination, just-in-time production, logistics management, continuous improvement, flexibility, competence, speed, communication with customers, responsiveness, agility, economic, environmental and social). dimtel's questionnaire was designed based on the factors and provided to 15 experts of yazd tile and ceramic industries. dimtel method was used to determine the influence of each index. for this purpose, the dematel questionnaire was completed by professors and experts in this field, and finally, the relationships between indicators were determined in the cartesian coordinate system. the results showed that economic factors, agility, continuous improvement and flexibility are the most influential, and on the other hand, supplier management is the most influential among the lars supply chain indicators.
