واکاوی حقوقی امنیت غذایی و تغییرات اقلیمی با رویکردی تطبیقی حقوق بین الملل و حقوق اسلامی

امروزه بقاء و سلامت بشری به‌عنوان یک مسئله بسیار مهم در سطوح ملی و بین‌المللی محسوب می‌گردد. امنیت غذایی نیز به‌عنوان یکی از ابزارهای هفت‌گانه امنیت انسانی کماکان محل بحث و گفتمان محافل حقوق بشری است. آن چنان‌که در حال حاضر ابعاد مختلف جغرافیایی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی، حقوقی و دیگر ابعاد را در بر می‌گیرد. این پژوهش بر اساس روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با عنایت به اهمیت موضوع امنیت سلامت انسانی و مخاطرات زیست‌محیطی و باوجود تغییرات اقلیمی، امنیت غذایی را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر این است که رویکرد حقوق داخلی و حقوق اسلامی و حقوق بین‌الملل از منظر نقاط قوت و ضعف مورد توجه قرار گرفته و اهمیت موضوع عیان گردد. با این وصف ما بر این فرضیه بیشتر تمرکز می‌کنیم که باوجود تغییرات اقلیمی احتمال مخاطرات امنیت غذایی و همچنین توسعه فقر وجود دارد. این پژوهش در پی این یافته است تا تبیین نماید که با وصف مخاطرات زیست‌محیطی، چارچوب امنیت غذایی دستخوش تحولات نابسامان اقلیمی نشود.

legal study of food security and climate change with a comparative approach of international law and islamic law

today, at the national and international levels, human survival and health is considered as a very important issue. food security is one of the seven tools of human security in the context of human rights discourse. it currently includes various geographical, economic, political, social, environmental, legal and other dimensions. this research examines food security based on the descriptive and analytical method and considering the importance of the issue of human health security and environmental hazards despite climate changes. the purpose of the current research is to pay attention to the approach of domestic law, islamic law and international law from the perspective of strengths and weaknesses. through this description and focusing on the existing hypothesis, there are risks of food security and also the development of poverty due to climate change. the finding of the current research is that the framework of food security should not be affected by the chaotic changes in climate due to environmental hazards.
