فنریت اقتصادی از منظر رهبر انقلاب اسلامی و چالش‌های پیش روی آن در شبکه بانکی ایران

مفهوم اقتصاد مقاومتی این است که روند رو به رشد اقتصادی در کشور حفظ شود و آسیب‌‌پذیری آن کاهش پیدا کند. از منظر رهبری، اقتصاد مقاومتی شکل خاصی از نظام اقتصادی اسلام است که در وضعیت تهدید اقتصادی نظام‌برانداز دشمن با تغییر در اولویت هدف‌های نظام اقتصادی و تغییرهای متناسب با آن در اصول راهبردی و سیاست‌های کلی در نظام است. در نظام اقتصادی اسلام در این وضعیت با تغییر در اولویت هدف‌ها و به تبع آن در سیاست‌های کلان و اصول راهبردی و حاکمیت روحیه جهاد بر رفتارهای اقتصادی دولت و مردم، راهبردی کلان طراحی می‌شود که تهدید را تبدیل به فرصت کرده و موجب رشد جهشی خواهد شد. سوال اصلی این مقاله آن است که عنصر اصلی اقتصاد مقاومتی و مولفه های اساسی آن کدامند و چالش‌های پیش روی آن در شبکه بانکی ایران چیست؟ در پاسخ چنین فرضیه ای مطرح می شود که عنصر اصلی اقتصاد مقاومتی از دیدگاه رهبری، جهاد اقتصادی است و چهار مولفه اساسی آن رشد اقتصادی، عدالت اقتصادی، ثبات اقتصادی و فنریت اقتصادی می باشند که در اینجا فقط مولفه چهارم مورد تاکید قرار گرفته و چالش‌های موجود شبکه بانکی شامل تجهیز و تخصیص و مدیریت به طور خاص است به طوری که الگوی مدیریت ﺑﺎﻧﻚﻫﺎی تجاری ﻛﺸﻮر می تواند ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﻳﺰی دﻗﻴﻖ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺖ از ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ داﺧﻠﻲ ﺑﻪوﻳﮋه در زﻣﻴﻨﺔ ﺧﻮد ﻛﻔﺎﻳﻲ در ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻛﺎﻻﻫﺎی اﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﮔﺎم ﺑﺮدارﻧﺪ و اراﺋﺔ ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻼت را در اوﻟﻮﻳﺖ ﻛﺎری ﻗﺮاردﻫﻨﺪ؛ اﻗﺪاﻣﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺖ ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻢﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﻣﺒﻨﻲ ﺑﺮ اﻳﺠﺎد ﻓﺸﺎر از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻣﺤﺪودﻛﺮدن واردات ﻛﺸﻮر را ﺑﻲاﺛﺮ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﺪ.
