اثر‌بخشی آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر بهبود اختلال‌های رفتاری و مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان مهاجر افغان

مقدّمه و هدف: افزایش پدیده مهاجرت در جوامع معاصر، تغییرات اجتماعی گسترده و چالش‌های تازه‌ای را در این جوامع به دنبال داشته است. آموزش مهاجران و به‌ویژه کودکان، یکی از راهبردهای موثری است که می‌تواند از چالش‌ها و پیامدهای منفی تغییرات اجتماعی پیشگیری نماید. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی به شیوه قصّه‌گویی بر اختلال‌های رفتاری و مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان مهاجر افغان انجام شد. روش‌ و داده‌ها: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با گروه گواه و طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانش‌آموزان پایة اول ابتدایی مهاجر شهرستان اردکان تشکیل می‌دادند. نمونه پژوهش 24 نفر بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 12 نفر) گمارش شدند. دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمایش به مدت 11 جلسه، در جلسات آموزشی مهارت‌های ارتباطی که به شیوه قصّه‌گویی ارائه شد، شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل در طول دوره آزمایش هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری فهرست رفتاری کودک (cbcl) و پرسشنامه مهارت‌های اجتماعی (ssrs) بود. هر دو گروه، یک بار قبل از اجرای پژوهش، یک بار پس از آن و همچنین یک بار در فاصله دو ماه پس از اجرا، مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: اطلاعات پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس همراه با اندازه‌گیری مکرر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که اختلال‌های رفتاری و مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمایش بعد از آموزش به‌طور معنی‌داری بهتر از دانش‌آموزان گروه کنترل شده و این بهبود در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بود (0/01>p). بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این یافته نشان می‌دهد در صورت آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی به کودکان مهاجر افغان می‌توان با افزایش مهارت‌های اجتماعی و کاهش اختلال‌های رفتاری در آن‌ها کمک نمود و زمینه ادغام اجتماعی- فرهنگی آن‌‌ها را تسهیل نمود. 

effectiveness of communication skills teachings on improving behavioral disorders and social skills of afghan immigrant students

background and aim: migration is a phenomenon that affects contemporary societies and causes social changes and challenges. one of the strategies to cope with these challenges is to educate immigrants, especially children, who are more vulnerable to behavioral and social problems. communication skills are essential for the development and integration of immigrant children. this study aimed to determine the effectiveness of teaching communication skills through storytelling on behavioral disorders and social skills of afghan immigrant students in ardakan city. data and method: the study used a semi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and follow-up to compare the behavioral disorders and social skills of 24 first grade elementary school students who participated in 11 sessions of communication skills training through storytelling with a control group that received no intervention. the measurement tools were child behavior checklist (cbcl) and social skills rating system (ssrs). findings: the findings showed that the experimental group had significantly lower behavioral disorders and higher social skills than the control group after the intervention and in the follow-up phase (p<0.01). conclusion: the results suggest that communication skills training through storytelling is a useful method for improving the behavioral and social skills of afghan immigrant students and facilitating their socio-cultural integration. key message: based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that teaching communication skills through storytelling as a non-medicinal, easy, affordable, accessible and favorite method for children to improve the behavioral disorders and social skills of afghan immigrant students is practical.  by improving communication skills, we can hope to improve the social and behavioral skills of afghan immigrant children and provide necessary contextes for their social integration in destination society.
