بررسی روند زمانی - فضایی توسعه فیزیکی شهر ارومیه در طی دو دهه اخیر با تاکید بر شناسایی مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر آن

شهرنشینی روزافزون منجر به توسعه چشم‌گیر در تعدادی از مناطق شهری شده و علاوه بر آن تغییرات ساختار کاربری زمین به دلیل رشد و گسترش سریع مناطق شهری قابل ‌توجه بوده است. بر همین اساس، در پژوهش حاضر به مطالعه الگوهای زمانی و فضایی توسعه فیزیکی شهر ارومیه در طول دو دهه اخیر پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر ابتدا با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره لندست و تکنیک طبقه‌بندی ماشین بردار پشتیبان (svm) اقدام به استخراج نقشه کاربری اراضی در سه سال 1382، 1392 و 1402 شده و در فاز بعدی به تحلیل روندهای مختلف و محاسبه نقش جمعیت با استفاده از مدل هلدرن پرداخته شده است. مطابق یافته‌های پژوش، گستره اراضی مسکونی شهر ارومیه از 4377.2 هکتار در سال 1382 به 5895.7 هکتار در سال 1392 و 6573 هکتار در سال 1402 افزایش یافته و زمین‌های زیادی به محدوده شهر الحاق یافته است. بررسی‌ها حاکی از توسعه فیزیکی شهر در جهات مختلف و به‌ویژه به سمت غرب و شمال بوده است که این روند به شدت با گسترش سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی و نیز ادغام روستاها در بافت شهری همراه گردیده است. همچنین، نتایج مدل هلدرن نیز نشان می‌دهد که در ده سال اول دوره 88 درصد از توسعه فیزیکی شهر ناشی از رشد جمعیت بوده که در ده سال دوم به 78 درصد تقلیل یافته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که به طور کلی توسعه فیزیکی شهر ارومیه از نوع اسپرال بوده و عوامل مختلفی از قبیل تغییر کاربری، رشد جمعیت و حاشیه‌نشینی در آن دخیل بوده‌اند.

a temporal-spatial analysis of the expansion of urmia city during the past two decades with an emphasis on identifying its influential components

increasing urbanization has led to significant development in a number of urban areas, and changes in land use structure due to the rapid expansion of urban areas have been significant. at the same time, the population and area of urmia city have also increased several times during the last few decades. accordingly, in the present research, the temporal and spatial patterns of the physical development of urmia city during the last two decades have been studied. our research has been done in two basic phases. first, using landsat images and support vector machine (svm) algorithm, land use maps were extracted in the three years of 2003, 2013 and 2023, and in the next phase, trends are analyzed and population impact is calculated using holdern’s model. the results have shown that the area of urban residential land has increased from 4377.2 hectares in 2003 to 5895.7 hectares in 2013 and 6573 hectares in 2023 and many lands have been added to the city border. analyzes have indicated the expansion of the city in different directions, especially towards the west and north, which is strongly associated with the expansion of informal settlements and the integration of villages into the urban texture. furthermore, the results show that in the first ten years of the period, 88% of the city's expansion was due to population growth, which decreased to 78% in the second ten years. the results of the research show that in general, the physical development of urmia city is sprawl and various factors such as land use change, population growth and marginalization have contributed to it.
