طراحی مدل مدیریت پسماند شهری مبتنی بر فناوری های نوین(مورد مطالعه: شهرستان دزفول)

زمینه و هدف: گسترش و افزایش بی رویه جمعیت شهرها، تغییر الگوی مصرف و ازدیاد پسماند و نبود روشهای علمی موثر در امر جمع آوری و دفع پسماندهای شهری، این موضوع را به عنوان یکی از معضلات جوامع شهری در آورده است. این تحقیق با هدف طراحی مدل مدیریت پسماند شهری مبتنی بر فناوری های نوین انجام شده است.روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته(کیفی- کمی)،کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی- پیمایشی می باشد. 20 نفر خبره به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی شامل شهروندان شهر دزفول است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 384 نفر به روش تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش گراندد تئوری و در بخش کمی از معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردیده است. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد شاخص‌ ساختار فرهنگی- اجتماعی، رهبری نوین و استفاده از دستورالعمل ها به عنوان مقوله‌های زمینه‌ای، شرایط محیطی و اقلیمی، هوشمندسازی مسیر مدیریت پسماند و اعتمادسازی به عنوان شرایط علی، ایجاد زیرساخت های مناسب، تحلیل هوشمند وآموزش به عنوان مقوله‌های راهبردها، چالش های مدیریت و انسانی، ساختاری و زیست محیطی به عنوان مقوله‌های مداخله‌گر در طراحی مدل مدیریت پسماند شهری مبتنی بر فناوری های نوین انتخاب شدند. نتیجه گیری: می توان با بهبود ساختار مدیریتی، افزایش آگاهی عمومی و بهبود سلامت انسانی و محیطی و بهره گیری از فناوری های نوین موجبات اثربخشی روش های مدیریت پسماند را فراهم ساخت.

designing urban waste management model based on modern technologies (case study: dezful city)

background and purpose: the expansion and excessive increase in the population of cities, the change in the consumption pattern and the increase in waste and the lack of effective scientific methods in the matter of collecting and disposing of urban waste have made this issue one of the problems of urban societies. this research was done with the aim of designing urban waste management model based on new technologies.research method: this research is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative), applied and in terms of descriptive-survey method. 20 experts were selected in a targeted way. the statistical population of the quantitative part includes the citizens of dezful city, who were randomly selected using cochran’s formula, 384 people were available. data analysis has been used in the qualitative part using the grounded theory method and structural equations in the quantitative part.findings: the results showed that the index of cultural-social structure, modern leadership and the use of guidelines as contextual categories, environmental and climatic conditions, smartening of the path of waste management and trust building as causal conditions, creating suitable infrastructures, intelligent analysis and training as the categories of strategies, management and human, structural and environmental challenges were selected as intervening categories in the design of urban waste management model based on modern technologies.conclusion: it is possible to improve the effectiveness of waste management methods by improving the management structure, increasing public awareness and improving human and environmental health and using new technologies.
