بررسی نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در بازآفرینی پایدار شهری (مطالعه موردی: محلات شمالی بافت تاریخی- فرهنگی شهر تبریز)

توجه به افزایش تعداد پروژه های بازآفرینی شهری در دهه های اخیر لزوم توجه به ابعاد اجتماعی در آن بسیار حائز اهمیت می باشد. بر این اساس سرمایه اجتماعی بعنوان یکی از پتانسیل های اجتماعی محله، مفهومی است که در بازآفرینی اهمیتی ویژه یافته است. با توجه به ضرورت موضوع، این پژوهش به بررسی نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در بازآفرینی محلات شمالی بافت تاریخی- فرهنگی شهر تبریز پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و میدانی(پرسشنامه) می‌باشد. مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر مورد شناسایی و روابط بین عوامل با استفاده از مدل تحلیل مسیر در smart pls مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بررسی پایایی و روایی با پایایی مرکب و روایی همگرا می‌باشد که میزان آن برای تمامی متغیرها به ترتیب بالای 0.7 و 0.5 نشان دهنده روایی و پایایی مطلوب می‌باشد. نتایج مدل تحلیل مسیر نشان دهنده آن است متغیرهای مستقل پژوهش حاضر وابستگی به محیط، اعتماد، مشارکت اجتماعی و مشارکت مدنی به ترتیب با ضرایب مسیر 0.471، 0.295، 0.223 و 0.138 در سطح معنی‌داری 0.05p< بر متغیر وابسته پژوهش تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است که در بین شاخص‌های بررسی شده بیشترین تاثیر با ضریب 0.471 مربوط به متغیر وابستگی به محیط است و عضویت در نهادهای محلی با (0.842) بیشترین تاثیر را در بازآفرینی شهری پایدار محلات شمالی بافت تاریخی – فرهنگی شهر تبریز دارند.

examining the role of social capital in sustainable urban regeneration(case study: the northern neighborhoods of the historical-cultural fabric of tabriz city)

paying attention to the increase in the number of urban regeneration projects in recent decades, it is very important to pay attention to the social dimensions in it. based on this, social capital as one of the social potentials of the neighborhood is a concept that has gained special importance in regeneration. considering the necessity of the topic, this research has investigated the role of social capital in the regeneration of the northern neighborhoods of the historical-cultural fabric of tabriz city. the current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. the tool for collecting information is library and documentary sources and field (questionnaire). the most important effective factors have been identified and the relationships between the factors have been investigated using the path analysis model in smart pls. reliability and validity are checked with composite reliability and convergent validity, the amount of which for all variables is above 0.7 and 0.5, respectively, indicating good reliability and validity. the results of the path analysis model show that the independent variables of the present study are dependence on the environment, trust, social participation and civic participation, respectively, with path coefficients of 0.471, 0.295, 0.223 and 0.138 at a significance level of 0.5. p < 0 has had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of the research, which among the examined indicators has the most effect with a coefficient of 0.471 related to the variable of dependence on the environment and membership in local institutions with (0.842) has the most effect on regeneration a stable city, the northern neighborhoods have a historical-cultural context of tabriz city.
