بررسی چالش‌های برگزاری دوره‌های کارورزی آموزش شیمی بصورت مجازی از منظر اساتید راهنما

اگرچه خطرات کووید کاهش یافته است، اما شیوع سایر بیماری های همه گیر جدید در آینده امکان پذیر است، که این موضوع توجه بیشتر به دوره های آنلاین و ارتقای آن ها و برطرف کردن نقایص این دوره ها را طلب می کند. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی چالش های اجرای دوره های کارورزی آموزش شیمی بصورت مجازی و بیان راهکارهای عملی برای اجرای آن می پردازد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در چارچوب رویکرد ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و با استفاده از روش پدیدار شناسی ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﺳﺖ. بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند 15 استاد راهنما که تجربه کارورزی به صورت حضوری و مجازی را داشتند  در این تحقیق مشارکت داشته اند. ﺑﺮای ﮔﺮدآوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. بهبود کارایی پلتفرم های آنلاین، افزایش تعامل بین استاد راهنما و معلم راهنما، کاهش تعداد فعالیت ها، استفاده از سایر روش های ساخت گرایی دارای تطابق بیشتر با آموزش آنلاین، آشناکردن دانشجومعلمان با راهبردهای مناسب تدریس، طراحی واحد یادگیری، و تولید محتوای مناسب برای فضای مجازی از مواردی بودند که برای بهبود اجرای فعالیت های آموزشی بصورت مجازی در فرایند اقدام پژوهی و درس پژوهی پیشنهاد داده شد.

investigating the challenges of conducting virtual chemistry teaching practice from the perspective of lecturer supervisors

this study is to investigate the challenges of conducting teaching practice of in a virtual way, and express practical solutions for it. this research is based on qualitative data research method. for this purpose, based on purposeful sampling, 15 lecturer supervisors who had teaching practices experience in face-to-face and virtually participated in this study. semi-structured interviews were used to collect information. data analysis was done based on the theory based on systematic data. improving the software and hardware infrastructure of online platforms, better interaction between teacher supervisors and lecturer supervisors, reducing the number of activities, not emphasizing the 5e teaching method and using other constructivist methods that are more compatible with online education, familiarizing student-teachers with appropriate teaching strategies, designing a learning unit, and producing appropriate content for the space virtual were some of the things that were suggested to improve the implementation of educational activities in the process of action research and lesson study.
