مطالعه کیفی فرآیند بی‌انگیزگی تحصیلی با استفاده از شیوه نظریه داده بنیاد (مورد مطالعه: دانشجومعلمان علوم پایه)

یکی از مسایلی که نظام آموزش عالی با آن مواجه هست، بی‌انگیزگی تحصیلی دانشجویان می‌باشد که عملکرد تحصیلی را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد تا جایی که به دغدغه بسیاری از پژوهشگران و محققان و سیاست‌گذاران نظام آموزشی تبدیل شده است. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه علل بی‌انگیزگی تحصیلی  در بین دانشجو معلمان علوم پایه  می‌باشد. در پژوهش حاضر از رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد که یک شیوه پژوهش کیفی است، بهره گرفته شده است و  با 20 نفر از دانشجو معلمان پردیس علامه امینی تبریز به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند مصاحبه عمیق صورت گرفته است. تحلیل داده ها براساس کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که از نظر دانشجویان هشت مقوله محوری عدم تنوع در شیوه‌های تدریس، فراگیری سبک زندگی تکنولوژی محور، نامطلوبیت کیفیت خدمات دانشگاهی، گرایش به ارزش‌های مادی، تضمین آینده شغلی، ضعف سرمایه اجتماعی دانشگاهی، نبود بالندگی دانشجویی، کم توجهی یا بی‌توجهی به زیرساخت‌های بالندگی دانشگاه فرآیند بی‌انگیزگی تحصیلی دانشجو معلمان را تفسیر می‌کنند.

a qualitative study of the process of academic demotivation using the method of foundational data theory(case of study: student teachers of basic sciences)

one of the problems that the higher education system is facing is the lack of academic motivation of students, which affects the academic performance to the extent that it has become the concern of many researchers and researchers and policy makers of the educational system. therefore, the aim of the current research is to study the causes of academic demotivation among student teachers of basic sciences. in the current research, the foundational data theory approach, which is a qualitative research method, has been used, and in-depth interviews have been conducted with 20 student teachers of allameh amini campus in tabriz using a targeted sampling method. data analysis was done based on open, axial and selective coding. the findings showed that according to the students, there are eight main categories: lack of diversity in teaching methods, learning of technology-oriented lifestyle, undesired quality of academic services, tendency towards material values, securing the future of employment, weakness of academic social capital, lack of student growth and lack of attention or inattention to the infrastructure of the university which cause the process of student teachers’ academic demotivation.
