تاثیر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه بر جهت‌گیری یادگیری، انعطاف‌پذیری هماهنگی و نوآوری محصول با نقش واسطه‌‎ای انعطاف‌پذیری منابع

بقای شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط در محیطی غیرِ مطمئن، به شایستگی‌های کارآفرینانه و رهبری مدیران و مالکان، در کنار استعداد، انرژی و مهارت‌ بستگی دارد. چشم‌انداز کارآفرینانه در حقیقت دیدگاه کلی و جزئی کارآفرین نسبت به تفاوت حال و آینده مطلوب است و به‌طور معمول خوش‌بینانه، خواستنی، چالشی، شفاف، مختصر، هدف‌گرا، نوآورانه و عملیاتی است تا بتوان با بیان آن، دیگر ذی‎‌نفعان را با کارآفرین هم‌‎سو نمود. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر در قالب یک مدل علّی به بررسی تاثیر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه بر جهت‌گیری یادگیری، انعطاف‌پذیری هماهنگی و نوآوری محصول با نقش واسطه‌ای انعطاف‌پذیری منابع در شرکت آنتی‌بیوتیک ساری پرداخت. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان شرکت آنتی‌بیوتیک ساری تشکیل دادند که تعداد آن‌ها 210 نفر بود. بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، تعداد 132 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‎نامه استاندارد بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط خبرگان و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تایید شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی (شامل درصد فراوانی، میانگین و ...) و آمار استنباطی (شامل مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری) با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارهای spss24 و lisrel8.8 انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که همه فرضیه‌های پژوهش تایید شده و متغیرهای پژوهش بر یکدیگر تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری داشتند. همچنین جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه بر انعطاف‌پذیری هماهنگی بیشترین تاثیر را در بین سایر متغیرها داشت. انعطاف‌پذیری هماهنگی با میانجی‌گری انعطاف‌پذیری منابع در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد بر نوآوری محصول تاثیرگذار بود. این پژوهش پیشنهادهای کاربردی را برای سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان به‎‌همراه دارد.

the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on learning orientation, coordination flexibility and product innovation with the mediating role of resource flexibility

the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises in an uncertain environment depends on the entrepreneurial and leadership competencies of managers and owners, along with talent, energy, and skills. the entrepreneurial vision is, in fact, the entrepreneur's overall and detailed view of the difference between the present and the desired future, and is usually optimistic, desirable, challenging, clear, concise, goal-oriented, innovative, and operational so that by expressing it, other stakeholders can be aligned with the entrepreneur. therefore, the present study, in the form of a causal model, examined the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on learning orientation, coordination flexibility, and product innovation with the mediating role of resource flexibility in sari antibiotic company. the statistical population of the study consisted of employees of sari antibiotic company, whose number was 210. based on the krejci and morgan table, 132 people were selected as a statistical sample using the convenience sampling method. the data collection tool was a standard questionnaire, whose face and content validity was reviewed and confirmed by experts, and its reliability was confirmed by cronbach's alpha coefficient. data analysis was performed in two parts: descriptive statistics (including frequency percentage, mean, etc.) and inferential statistics (including structural equation modeling) using spss24 and lisrel8.8 software. the results of the study indicated that all research hypotheses were confirmed and the research variables had a direct and significant effect on each other. also, entrepreneurial orientation had the greatest effect on coordination flexibility among other variables. coordination flexibility, mediated by resource flexibility, has an impact on product innovation at a 99% confidence level. this research provides practical recommendations for policymakers and planners.
