ارزشیابی برنامه‌های آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای در توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی، کاربرد مدل سیپ (مورد مطالعه: مرکز فنی و حرفه‌ای زیبادشت کرج)

آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای می‌توانند با ارتقاء توانمندی افراد و ایجاد شایستگی‌های لازم در جهت توسعه صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینی از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزشیابی برنامه‌های آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای در توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی بر اساس مدل سیپ انجام شد. پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل مربیان، مهارت‌آموزان و دانش‌آموختگان مرکز فنی و حرفه‌ای زیبادشت کرج بودند که با استفاده از روش سرشماری از 7 مربی و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از 166 مهارت‌آموز و دانش‌آموخته نمونه‌گیری انجام شد. ابزار شامل سه پرسش‎نامه ارزیابی دوره‌های آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای از دیدگاه مهارت‌آموزان؛ مربیان؛ و ارزیابی برون‎داد دوره‌های آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای و توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی از دیدگاه دانش‌‌آموختگان بود که روایی محتوایی آن‌ها توسط متخصصان تایید شد و پایایی آن‌ها نیز با آلفای کرونباخ (بیش از 0.7) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های کولموگروف، دوجمله‌ای و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. مطابق با نتایج مولفه‌های عوامل محیطی در حوزه زمینه؛ امکانات و تجهیزات از حوزه درون‎داد؛ پشتیبانی و برقراری ارتباطات در حوزه فرایند در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارند. مولفه‌های دانش و نگرش کارآفرینی در حوزه برون‎داد در سطح مطلوبی هستند. از میان مهارت‌های کارآفرینی، مهارت راه‌اندازی کسب‌وکار و ارتباطات در سطح مطلوب قرار گرفته‌اند، اما سایر مهارت‌ها در سطح مطلوبی قرار ندارند. زمینه، درون‎داد و فرایند آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای مرکز زیبادشت بر مهارت‌های کارآفرینی فراگیران موثر نیست، اما برون‎داد آن بر توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی فراگیران مرکز موثر است.

evaluation of vocational and technical education programs in developing entrepreneurial skills; a cipp model application(case of study: zabadasht karaj technical and vocational center)

technical and vocational education can be of great importance by enhancing the capabilities of individuals and creating the necessary competencies to develop entrepreneurial competencies. the present study aimed to evaluate technical and vocational education programs in developing entrepreneurial skills based on the cipp model. the research is applied in purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature. the research population consisted of trainers, trainees, and graduates of the zibadasht technical and vocational center in karaj, which was sampled using a census method from 7 trainers and a convenience sampling method from 166 trainees and graduates. the reason for using the convenience sampling method was that during sampling, an attempt was made to survey graduates and trainees who had participated in similar courses and received training under the supervision of the same trainers. the tools used in the study included three questionnaires: one for evaluating technical and vocational training courses from the perspective of trainees, one for trainers, and one for assessing the outcomes of these courses and the development of entrepreneurial skills from the perspective of graduates. the content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts, and their reliability was verified using cronbach's alpha (more than 0.7). data analysis was conducted using kolmogorov-smirnov, binomial, and linear regression tests. according to the results, the environmental factors in the context domain, facilities and equipment in the input domain, and support and communication in the process domain are not in an optimal condition. the components of entrepreneurial knowledge and attitude in the output domain are at a desirable level. among entrepreneurial skills, business startup and communication skills are at a desirable level, but other skills are not. the context, input, and process of technical and vocational education at the zibadasht center do not significantly affect the entrepreneurial skills of the learners, but the output does have an impact on the development of their entrepreneurial skills.
