طراحی یک چارچوب ساختاری تفسیری برای کاربری موفق فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیرۀ تامین سازمان‌های کوچک و متوسط

شواهد مختلف حاکی از آن است که استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیره تامین، به‌طور قابل توجهی می‌تواند عملکرد شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط را بهبود بخشد و زمینه ارتقاء پایدار آن‌ها را فراهم کند. مطالعات نشان می‌دهند که بلاکچین می‌تواند با افزایش شفافیت و فراهم‌سازی به‌موقع اطلاعات، بهبود فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری و مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار را فراهم آورد. لذا پژوهش حاضر، با رویکرد آمیخته، ابتدا عوامل موفقیت پیاده‌سازی بلاکچین در مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار را با روش تحلیل محتوای متون موجود شناسایی نموده و سپس با استفاده از روش توصیفی همبستگی به طراحی چارچوب ساختاری تفسیری پرداخته است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش میدانی این پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان (اساتید و مدیران دارای سابقه صنعتی) بودند. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که پشتیبانی مدیریت ارشد و برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای موثر در سطح اول عوامل کلیدی موفقیت فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیره تامین سازمان‌های کوچک و متوسط قرار می‌گیرند. حمایت‌های دولت و مدیریت مناسب محدودیت‌های مالی در سطوح بعدی قرار دارند که منجر به ارتقاء زیرساخت‌ها و تقویت فرهنگ سازمانی خواهند شد. بر اساس نتایج، به‌منظور تقویت عوامل شناسایی شده در توفیق فناوری بلاکچین در زنجیره تامین به‌کارگیری ابزار نوین بازی‌وارسازی پیشنهاد می‌گردد چراکه این ابزار نوین می‌تواند زمینه بهبود تجربه کاربری، افزایش مشارکت و ایجاد انگیزه در فعالیت‌ها را فراهم کند.

designing an interpretive structural framework for the successful use of blockchain technology in the supply chain of small and medium enterprises

various evidence suggests that blockchain technology in the supply chain can significantly improve the performance of small and medium enterprises (smes) and provide a foundation for sustainable advancement. studies indicate that blockchain can enhance transparency and timely provision of information, improving decision-making processes and management of sustainable supply chains. therefore, this study, adopting a mixed-methods approach, first identifies the success factors for implementing blockchain in sustainable supply chain management through content analysis of existing texts and then uses a descriptive correlational method to design an interpretive structural framework. participants in the field portion of this research included 15 experts (academics and managers with industrial experience). the results indicate that support from senior management and effective planning and implementation is at the forefront as key success factors for the technology in the supply chains of smes. government support and proper management of financial constraints are subsequent levels that will lead to enhancing infrastructure and strengthening organizational culture. based on the findings, to bolster the identified success factors of blockchain technology in the supply chain, implementing innovative tools such as gamification is recommended, as these tools can improve user experience, increase participation, and motivate activities.
