طراحی الگوی مدرسه کارآفرین با تاکید بر استقرار زیست‌بوم کارآفرینانه

امروزه در کشور ما کلمه کارآفرینی به‌منزله ابزاری جهت ارائه نمایش ‌های گوناگون از جنس اشتغال بر زبان آورده می ‌شود. با این‌حال توسعه آن در جامعه مشهود نیست. در دنیا از آموزش کارآفرینانه در جهت ایجاد درک صحیح و افزایش قصد کارآفرینی استفاده می ‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی مدرسه کارآفرین با تاکید بر استقرار زیست‌بوم کارآفرینانه است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کمی و با روش توصیفی همبستگی انجام شد. به همین منظور 151 نفر از متخصصان آموزش‌ وپرورش، فنی‌ وحرفه‌ ای و اعضای هیات علمی در رشته‌ های مرتبط با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس مشارکت داشتند. از پرسشنامه محقق‌ ساخته برای گردآوری داده‌ ها و از تحلیل عاملی (اکتشافی و تاییدی) برای ارائه مدل استفاده گردید. از آزمون‌ های برازش مدل به جهت اعتبارسنجی مدل به‌کارگیری شد. بررسی اعتبار پرسشنامه از طریق تحلیل عاملی و بررسی پایایی با شاخص ضریب آلفای کرونباخ انجام شد. در نهایت اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه، فردی سازی برنامه درسی، تعهد ذینفعان، معلم کارآفرین، رهبر کارآفرین، شتاب دهنده مدرسه ای، هدف ارزش آفرین، فضای کار اشتراکی، شبکه‌سازی و سیستم ورودی به‌عنوان ده عامل تبیین‌کننده سازه مدرسه کارآفرین استخراج شدند.

designing an entrepreneurial school model with an emphasis on the establishment of an entrepreneurial ecosystem

today, in our country, the word entrepreneurship is used to present various shows of employment. however, its development in society is not obvious. in the world, entrepreneurial education is used to create a correct understanding and increase the intention of entrepreneurship. this research aims to design a model of an entrepreneurial school with an emphasis on the establishment of an entrepreneurial ecosystem. this study was conducted using a quantitative approach and a descriptive correlation method.to this end, 151 experts in education, technical and vocational education, and faculty members in related fields participated in the available sampling method. a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and factor analysis (exploratory and confirmatory) was used to present the model. model fit tests were used to validate the model. the validity of the questionnaire was examined through factor analysis, and the reliability of the questionnaire was examined using cronbach's alpha coefficient. finally, the entrepreneurial ecosystem, curriculum personalization, stakeholder commitment, entrepreneurial teacher, entrepreneurial leader, school accelerator, value-creating goal, co-working space, networking, and entry system were extracted as ten factors explaining the entrepreneurial school construct.
