موانع و راهکارهای توسعه مشاغل خانگی زنان (مورد مطالعه: زنان آسیب‌پذیر شهر همدان)

توسعه کسب‌وکارهای خانگی در بین افراد آسیب‌پذیر جامعه به لحاظ روانی و اجتماعی باعث افزایش رفاه ذهنی و عینی و بهبود سطح زندگی آن‌ها می‌شود، همچنین موجب افزایش اعتماد و سرمایه اجتماعی و گسترش روابط اجتماعی افراد آسیب‌پذیر می‌گردد. بر این اساس توجه به اشتغال و کارآفرینی زنان آسیب‌پذیر در منزل، یکی از راهکارهای موثر در بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی آنان در جوامع محلی است. از این‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی راهکارها و موانع توسعه مشاغل خانگی زنان آسیب‌پذیر در شهر همدان است. این مطالعه با استفاده از روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع نظریه برخاسته از داده‌ها انجام شده است. ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختارمند بود. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با زنان سرپرست خانوار و مطلعین کلیدی در شهر همدان جمع‌آوری شد. تعداد نمونه‌ها شامل 19 نفر بودند که به ‌صورت هدفمند و با شیوه گلوله‌برفی و بر اساس اصل اشباع داده‌ها انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان داد موانع پیش روی توسعه مشاغل خانگی برای زنان آسیب‌پذیر شامل موانع روان‌شناختی- خانوادگی، موانع فرهنگی، موانع مالی- حمایتی، موانع آموزشی و موانع بازاریابی هستند. همچنین راهکارهای اصلی شامل فرهنگ‌سازی و توانمندسازی، حمایت‌های مالی، تبلیغات و بازاریابی، و حمایت‌های آموزشی پیشنهاد گردید.

barriers and solutions for the development of women's home-based businesses (case study: vulnerable women in hamedan city)

the development of home-based businesses among vulnerable people in the society psychologically and socially increases their mental and objective well-being and improves their living standards. it also increases trust and social capital and expands social relations among vulnerable people. therefore, paying attention to vulnerable women's employment and entrepreneurship at home is one of the effective ways to improve the economic status of women in local communities. with this regard, the aim of the current research was to identify the solutions and barriers of women's home-based businesses in hamadan city. this article has been done using the qualitative research method and the grounded theory approach. the main tool of data collection was in-depth and semi-structured interviews. data were collected through interviews with female heads of families and key informants in hamadan city. the number of samples included 19 people who were selected purposefully with the snowball method and based on the principle of data saturation. the results showed that the obstacles to the development of home-based businesses for self-supporting women include psychological-family obstacles, cultural obstacles, financial-support obstacles, educational obstacles, and marketing obstacles. also, the main solutions  including culture building and empowerment, financial support, advertising and marketing, and educational support were suggested.
