بررسی رابطه بین درگیری و فرسودگی شغلی با عملکرد کسب‌وکار (مورد مطالعه: کارآفرینان روستایی شهرستان نهاوند)

بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش، عوامل بهزیستی روانشناختی نقش مهمی در تبیین پیامدهای کارآفرینانه دارند، ولیکن تاثیر این عوامل در کسب‌وکارهای روستایی کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه دو عامل بهزیستی روانشناختی یعنی درگیری و فرسودگی شغلی با عملکرد کسب‌وکارهای روستایی در شهرستان نهاوند بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کارآفرینان روستاهای شهرستان نهاوند بود (200 = n) که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 110 کارآفرین به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری و با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار آماری smart pls3 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد فرسودگی شغلی رابطه مستقیمی با عملکرد کسب‌وکار ندارد، ولیکن به طور غیرمستقیم و از طریق درگیری شغلی رابطه منفی با عملکرد کسب‌وکار دارد. به عبارت دیگر، فرسودگی شغلی باعث کاهش درگیری شغلی کارآفرینان می‌شود و کاهش درگیری شغلی هم به نوبه‌ی خود منجر به کاهش عملکرد کسب‌وکارهای روستایی می‌شود. این یافته‌ها درک ما از چگونگی تاثیر عوامل روانشناختی بر پیامدهای کارآفرینانه را بهبود می‌دهد و به کارآفرینان پیشنهاد می‌کند که می‌توانند با بهبود بهزیستی شغلی خود به افزایش عملکرد کسب‌وکار خویش کمک کنند.

investigating the relationship between work burnout and engagement with business performance (study case: rural entrepreneurs of nahavand county)

according to the literature, psychological factors play an important role in explaining entrepreneurial outcomes, but the impact of these factors on rural businesses has received less attention. the main purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between two factors of psychological well-being, namely work burnout and engagement, and the performance of rural businesses in nahavand county. the statistical population of this research consisted of all rural entrepreneurs in nahavand county (n = 200), among whom 110 people were selected as the sample using a convenience sampling method. research data were collected through a questionnaire, and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data in smartpls 3.0 statistical software. the results indicated that work burnout was not directly related to business performance. however, indirectly, it has a negative relationship with business performance via work engagement. in other words, work burnout reduces entrepreneurs’ work engagement, and the reduction in work engagement, in turn, leads to a decrease in the performance of rural businesses. this finding improves our understanding of how psychological factors influence entrepreneurial outcomes and suggests that entrepreneurs can increase their business performance by improving their work well-being.
