مدل پیشنهادی تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه با رویکرد نوآوری باز

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه یک مدل برای تعامل میان صنعت و دانشگاه با رویکرد نوآوری باز انجام شد. نوآوری باز، فرایند استفاده از دانش ورودی و خروجی شرکت برای تسریع نوآوری داخلی و گسترش بازارها با بهره‌گیری از نوآوری خارجی است. تجارب و پژوهش ها نشان میدهد دانشگاه و صنعت، به دشواری می‌توانند پروژه های موفق صنعتی را به نتیجه برسانند، لذا همکاری میان آنها با رویکرد توجه به نوآوری باز و بهره گیری از توانمندی‌های یکدیگر، ضروری است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کاربردی، به صورت مروری انجام شد. به اختصار، نتایج نشان داد مدل پیشنهادی برای تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه شامل چهار بخش اصلی است که عبارتند از: پارامترهای ارزیابی، فاکتورهای کلیدی موفقیت، محدودیت‌ها و نتایج ملموس. درنهایت، پیشنهاداتی برای بهبود همکاری میان صنعت و دانشگاه ارائه گردید.

the proposed model of interaction between industry and university with an open innovation approach

the current research was conducted with the aim of providing a model for the interaction between industry and university with an open innovation approach. open innovation is the process of using the input and output knowledge of the company to accelerate internal innovation and expand markets by taking advantage of external innovation. experiences and researches show that university and industry can hardly bring successful industrial projects to a conclusion, so it is necessary to cooperate between them with the approach of paying attention to open innovation and taking advantage of each other s capabilities. this research was done with a practical approach, in a review form. in short, the results showed that the proposed model for industry-university interaction includes four main parts, which are: evaluation parameters, key success factors, limitations, and concrete results. finally, suggestions were made to improve cooperation between industry and university
