آموزش مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار با در نظر گرفتن نقش آموزش عالی در تامین سرمایه انسانی(با تاکید بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه)

پایداری یکی از مهمترین و فراگیرترین جریان های معاصر است که همه ابعاد زندگی انسان را تحت تاثیر قرار دادهاست. از تفاوت های مهم توسعه پایدار با اشکال دیگر توسعه، توجه به منابع انسانی است. یکی از مهمترین ابزارتوسعه منابع انسانی در توسعه پایدار، آموزش در سطوح مختلف است که موجبات بالندگی افراد را در زمینه هایمختلف فراهم می آورد. مطابق اصول آموزش برای توسعه پایدار، افزایش آگاهی افراد جامعه اولین و ضروری تریناقدام در این جهت است که بر عهده آموزش عالی نهاده شده است. بنابراین آموزش از ارکان اصلی نهادینه سازیتوسعه پایدار در جامعه شناسایی شده است و اساس توسعه پایدار کشور از مسیر آموزش عالی میگذرد، لذا در اینپژوهش به مطالعه آموزش عالی به عنوان اصلی ترین ارگان آموزشی و خط مقدم پیاده سازی توسعه پایدار در راستایتامین سرمایه انسانی کشور و همچنین الگوی آموزش در توسعه پایدار با تاکید بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه پرداختهشده است. نظر به اینکه توسعه پایدار در هر کشور و در حوزه های مختلف، تعریف متنوع و چالش های متفاوتیداشته و در نتیجه راهکارهای متفاوت برای دستیابی به آن وجود خواهد داشت. لذا باز تعریف و شناسایی ابعادتوسعه پایدار در برنامه های آموزشی کشور ضروری به نظر میرسد. این پژوهش راهکارهای عملیاتی را برایبرنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران به همراه دارد.

sustainability is one of the most important and pervasive contemporary trends that has affected all aspects of human life. one of the important differences between sustainable development and other forms of development is attention to human resources. one of the most important tools for human resource development in sustainable development is education at different levels, which provides opportunities for the growth of people in different fields. according to the principles of education for sustainable development, increasing the awareness of society is the first and most necessary action in this direction, which is the responsibility of higher education. therefore, education has been identified as one of the main pillars of institutionalizing sustainable development in society, and the basis of sustainable development of the country is through higher education.therefore, in this research, the study of higher education as the main educational body and the front line of sustainable development implementation in the direction of providing the country s human capital, as well as the model of education in sustainable development, has been studied. considering that sustainable development in each country and in different fields has different definitions and different challenges, and as a result, there will be different solutions to achieve it. it seems necessary to redefine and identify the dimensions of sustainable development in the .country s educational programs. this research brings operational solutions for planners and policy makers
