مروری بر نقش زیست بوم کارآفرینی دانش بنیان بر بهبود ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه

هدف پژوهش حاضر، مروری بر نقش زیست بوم کارآفرینی دانش بنیان بر بهبود ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه بود. پژوهشحاضر، از نوع مروری و شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه ای، اسنادی و با استفاده از تحقیقات ثانویه بود. وقتیزمینه های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی (زیست بوم کارآفرینی دانش بنیان) مناسب و مساعد باشدکارآفرینی دانش بنیان یا دانشگاه بنیان به وقوع خواهد پیوست و به موازات آن رابطه صنعت و دانشگاه تشکیل وتقویت میشود؛ دانشگاه ها در راستای توسعه و تقویت زیست بوم کارآفرینی دانش بنیان باید در زمینه تربیتدانشجویان و دانش آموختگان، به آموزش مهارت های مورد نیاز بپردازند، برنامه ریزی آموزشی و درسی آنها درراستای نیاز جامعه و صنعت باشد، در فرایند آموزش دانشجویان مشارکت متخصصان بخش صنعت را جلب کنند، بهآموزش و تربیت نوآوران و کارآفرینان بپردازند، به توسعه سرمایه های انسانی در جامعه و توسعه فرهنگ نوآوری وکارآفرینی در جامعه کمک کنند. تولید دانش و فناوری در دانشگاه ها در راستای نیاز جامعه و صنعت باشد،پژوهش های دانشگاهی در راستای نیاز جامعه و صنعت هدایت شوند، نتایج تحقیقات دانشگاهی در جامعه و صنعتبه کار بسته شوند، کتب و مقالات علمی، معتبر و کاربردی تالیف شوند، پژوهشگران متخصص، متعهد و خالق تربیتشوند، تحقیقات مشترک با بخش صنعت توسعه یابند. همچنین دانشگاه در رسالت جدید خود باید به توسعه فرایندعلم، فناوری، نوآوری و کارآفرینی در جامعه کمک کنند و به ارائه خدمات مشاورهای، تحقیقاتی و آموزش فنی بهجامعه و صنعت بپردازند، همکاریهای علمی- بین المللی دانشگاه بیشتر شده و توسعه یابند، فرایند تجاری سازیایده های نوآورانه تحقق و توسعه یابند، تفاهم نامه ها و قراردادهای مشترک با صنعت بیشتر شود تا ارزش های تعاملیبه وجود آیند. وقتی زیست بوم کارآفرینی دانش بنیان مناسب و مساعد باشد کارآفرینی دانش بنیان به وقوع خواهدپیوست و به موازات آن رابطه صنعت و دانشگاه تشکیل و تقویت میشود.

the most important actors of knowledge-based entrepreneurship ecosystems are universities, and most of them have a central role, even many knowledge-based ecosystems are formed and developed on the axis of universities or by them. a necessary condition for the formation of a danesh-banyan entrepreneurial ecosystem (banyan university) is the formation of an entrepreneurial university. the formation of an entrepreneurial university itself requires effective production of technological knowledge, effective commercialization of technological knowledge, effective leadership of entrepreneurial processes, appropriate training in knowledge-based entrepreneurship, and development of an entrepreneurial research program. when the ecosystem of knowledge-based entrepreneurship is suitable and favorable, knowledge-based entrepreneurship will take place and parallel to that, the relationship between industry and university will be formed and strengthened; the development of the relationship between industry and university has been the focus of managers, policy makers and planners of academia and industry due to its positive effects and consequences in creating technological, economic and social developments, and many efforts have been made to create an effective link between industry and university, and in the light of the impact and dominance of the knowledge-based economy paradigm, policy makers are increasingly paying attention to universities as engines of economic growth by commercializing intellectual assets through technology transfer. the importance of developing collaborations becomes more important every day and it will be necessary to use the existing scientific potentials for progress. in this direction, it is necessary to carry out appropriate programs and actions both in the field of industry and in universities in order to facilitate cooperation and relations. fortunately, these issues have been noticed in recent years and the presented statistics show the improvement of cooperation. of course, various factors and criteria should be considered and paid attention to in the development of cooperation
