ارائه مدلی برای توسعه عملکرد کسب و کارها با تاکید بر مدیریت دانش (مورد مطالعه: شرکت های صنعتی کرمانشاه)

برخی از سازمان ها بر این باورند که با تمرکز صرف بر افراد، فناوری و فنون می‌توان دانش را مدیریت کرد. تمرکز صرف بر این سه عامل به ادامه فعالیت‌های رقابتی سازمان‌ها کمک نمی‌کند بلکه تعامل بین این‌ها است که به شکل موثری سازمان را در زمینهء مدیریت دانش خود توانمند می‌سازد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی مدیریت کیفیت بر کسب و کار با توجه به نقش مدیریت دانش شرکت های تولیدی کوچک و متوسط استان کرمانشاه است. بدین منظورتحقیق حاضر با روش کیفی، و با توجه به رویکرد نظریه ی زمینه ای صورت گرفت. روش انتخاب نمونه ها به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند بود و جمع آوری داده ها با بهره گیری از مصاحبه -های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته تا مرحله اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در مجموع از مصاحبه با 20 نفر از کارشناسان سازمان (مطلعین کلیدی)، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش کدگذاری سه مرحله ای باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده گردید. یافته ها نشان دادند که مدیریت دانش میتواند در توسعه عملکرد کسب وکارها موثر باشد. این پژوهش پیشنهادهای کاربردی را برای توسعه عملکرد کسب وکارها با تاکید بر مدیریت دانش به همراه دارد.

presenting a model for the development of business performance with emphasis on knowledge management (case study: industrial companies of kermanshah province)

some organizations believe that knowledge can be managed by focusing only on people, technology and techniques. focusing only on these three factors does not help to continue the competitive activities of organizations, but it is the interaction between them that effectively empowers the organization in the field of knowledge management. the purpose of this research is to provide a model for the development of business performance with an emphasis on knowledge management in industrial companies of kermanshah province. for this purpose, the current research was conducted with the qualitative method of grounded theory. the method of selecting the samples was targeted sampling and the data collection continued until the theoretical saturation stage using in-depth and semi-structured interviews. in total, theoretical saturation was obtained from interviews with 20 experts of the organization (key informants). to analyze the data, the three-step open, central and selective coding method was used. the findings showed that knowledge management can be effective in developing business performance. this research brings practical suggestions for the development of business performance with an emphasis on knowledge management
