ارزیابی نقش نظام آموزشی دانشگاهی ایران در پرورش نیروی انسانی ماهر در جهت بهبود فضای کسب و کار

یکی از عوامل مهمی که تاثیر قابل ملاحظه ای بر بهبود فضای کسب و کار جامعه دارد و می تواند نقش موثری در افزایش آن ایفا نماید، نظام آموزشی آن کشور است. یکی از دلایل عدم پیشرفت در اکثر جوامع این است که متاسفانه نظام آموزشی که نتیجه مستقیم آن، ارتقای سطح علمی و تخصصی شاغلان و در نتیجه آن افزایش رفاه سطح جامعه است، به فراموشی سپرده شده است. در جهان رقابتی امروز، بی شک یکی از ابزارهای مهم در ایجاد تحول فضای کسب و کار در جامعه، برنامه ها و رویکردهای نوین آموزش است؛ آموزش و پرورش نیروی انسانی زبده و ماهر در نظام آموزشی که از آن به عنوان توسعه منابع انسانی نیز یاد می شود، ضرورت اجتناب ناپذیری است که جامعه برای بقا و پیشرفت در جهان پرتغییر و تحول امروزی سخت بدان نیازمندند. بسیاری از اندیشمندان، بر این باورند که در میان انواع سرمایه گذاری هایی که در جهت ارتقای بهره وری و نهایتاً توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی جامعه صورت می گیرد، توانمند ساختن نیروی انسانی جامعه به عنوان موثرترین عنصر دخیل در بهبود فضای کسب و کار جامعه است. لذا این پژوهش به بررسی نقش نظام آموزشی دانشگاهی ایران در پرورش نیروی انسانی ماهر در جهت بهبود فضای کسب و کار پرداخته است.
