بررسی بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در خصوص ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت

هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در خصوص ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت است. . با توجه به اهمیت مساله ارتباط دانشگاه با صعنت، تحقیق حاضر ضمن بررسی بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در خصوص ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت، راهکارهای پیشنهادی مستخرج از بیانات را ارائه و در نهایت به بحث و نتیجه گیری و ارائه پیشنهادات می پردازد. این تحقیق برپایه یک مورد پژوهشی از تجزیه وتحلیل کیفی طراحی شده است. داده ها ازطریق بیانات مقام معظم رهبری استخراج و دسته بندی شده است. تمایز این تحقیق یک روش کمکی به تئوری های انتقال دانش بین صنعت ودانشگاه می باشد که حالت های خاص تعامل را شناسایی می کند و به موفقیت انتقال دانش به دانشگاه و صنعت کمک می کند. همچنین این یافته ها یک استنباط مهم برای سیاستمداران در جهت طراحی و به کارگیری دانش بر پایه استراتژی های نوآوری و ایجاد امتیاز رقابت پایدار از طریق انتقال دانش موفقیت آمیز بین دانشگاه وصنعت می باشند. در این حالت، سیاستمداران را قادر می سازد تا پیچیدگی و محرک های پویا را در فرآیند تکنولوژی تجاری درک و اهمیت سلسله مراتب آموزشی و سیستم انگیزشی مناسب را در حمایت از انتقال موثر دانش وتجارت به کارگیرند.

the main purpose of this research is to investigate the statements of the supreme leader regarding the relationship between the university and the industry. . considering the importance of the relationship between the university and the industry, the present research, while examining the statements of the supreme leader regarding the relationship between the university and the industry, presents suggested solutions extracted from the statements and finally discusses and concludes and presents suggestions. this research is based on a research case of qualitative analysis. the data has been extracted and categorized through the statements of the supreme leader. the distinction of this research is an auxiliary method to the theories of knowledge transfer between industry and university, which identifies specific modes of interaction and contributes to the success of knowledge transfer to university and industry. also, these findings are an important conclusion for politicians in the direction of designing and applying knowledge based on innovation strategies and creating sustainable competitive advantage through successful knowledge transfer between universities and industry. in this case, it enables politicians to understand the complexity and dynamic drivers in the process of business technology and the importance of educational hierarchy and appropriate incentive system in supporting the effective transfer of knowledge and business
