ارتباط موثر صنعت و دانشگاه و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد پایدار: چالش ها و فرصت ها

همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت از جمله مباحثی است که در دهه های اخیر موردتوجه کشورها قرارگرفته است. اما با وجود تدابیر و بسترهای کلان متاسفانه همکاری و ارتباط اثربخشی بین این دو نهاد در سطح کشور محقق نشده است. در اقتصاد مقاومتی دانشگاه ها نیز مانند سایر ارگان ها، نیازمند خودکفایی و رسیدن به استقلال مالی و رهایی از وابستگی به دولت و درآمدهای نفتی هستند و همکاری با بخش صنعت زمینه ی این استقلال مالی را فراهم می آورد. دانشگاه ها تا به حال از طریق آموزش تامین کننده نیروی انسانی بخش صنعت بوده اند و امروزه باید از طریق پژوهش و کاربردی نمودن علم در رفع موانع و مشکلات صنعتی، ایفای نقش نمایند. دانشگاه و صنعت از مهم ترین و موثرترین ارگان های یک کشور برای رسیدن به توسعه به شمار می روند. به عبارتی دانشگاه و صنعت ضمن تامین نیازهای طرفین می توانند زمینه ساز توسعه کشور نیز باشند. با توجه به اهمیت نیاز پاسخگویی به تغییرات سریع بازار، و به دنبال آن اهمیت یافتن توجه به ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه، بر آن شدیم که طی یک مطالعه کتابخانه ای با مروری بر مقالات چاپ شده، بر آخرین تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه تعاملات صنعت و دانشگاه، چالش ها و فرصت های آن و همچنین راهکارهای ارتقای این ارتباط و مباحث جدید قابل بحث آن مروری داشته باشیم.

the cooperation between university and industry is one of the topics that have attracted the attention of countries in recent decades. however, in spite of the large-scale measures and frameworks, unfortunately, effective cooperation and communication between these two institutions has not been achieved at the country level. in the resistance economy, universities, like other organizations, need to be self-sufficient and achieve financial independence and freedom from dependence on the government and oil revenues, and cooperation with the industry provides the basis for this financial independence. until now, universities have been providing human resources to the industry sector through education, and today, through research and application of science, they play a role in solving industrial obstacles and problems. university and industry are one of the most important and effective organs of a country to achieve development. in other words, university and industry, while meeting the needs of the parties, can also be the basis for the country s development. considering the importance of the need to respond to the rapid changes of the market, and then the importance of paying attention to the relationship between the industry and the university, the researcher decided that during a library study with a review of the published articles, on the latest research conducted in the field of industry interactions and the university, its challenges and opportunities, as well as the solutions to improve this connection and its new topics that can be discussed.
