ارائه چارچوبی برای طراحی و راه اندازی دوره های مدیریت تخصصی فعالیت های اقتصادی با تاکید بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه

مطالعه و بررسی ارتباط بین دانشگاه و صنعت، پدیده ناهمخوانی بین تحصیل و شغل را به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های اساسی بازار کار در ایران، نشان می دهد. نمونه ای از ناهمخوانی تحصیل- شغل، عدم تناسب مدرک و تخصص دانشگاهی مدیران با دانش و مهارت های لازم برای مدیریت یک بنگاه اقتصادی می باشد. نقش مدیریت در توسعه کمی و کیفی فعالیت‌های اقتصادی بسیار تعیین کننده است و آموزش افراد توانمند در این حوزه از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار می‌باشد. فراهم ساختن و به‌کارگیری صحیح عناصر تشکیل دهنده یک فعالیت اقتصادی، مستلزم مدیریتی متخصص، آگاه و توانمند می‌باشد. مدیریت در دنیای امروز علاوه بر هنر ذاتی، علمی است که از طریق آموزش کسب می‌گردد. این در حالی است که نظام آموزش مدیریت کنونی نتوانسته است پاسخگوی نیاز مدیریت تخصصی فعالیت‌های اقتصادی باشد. بنابراین طراحی و استقرار نظام آموزشی که بتواند افرادی با توانایی ذاتی مدیریتی را جذب نموده و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز مدیریتی و همچنین مهارت‌های فنی و تخصصی متناسب با فعالیت‌ اقتصادی مورد نظر را آموزش دهد، ضرورتی است که در این مقاله بدان پرداخته شده است و هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارائه چارچوبی برای طراحی دوره‌های مدیریت تخصصی است که افراد واجد شرایط با گذراندن این دوره‌ها قادر خواهند بود تا در ایجاد و یا اداره بنگاه‌های اقتصادی مرتبط با فعالیت‌های اقتصادی که آموزش دیده‌اند، مبادرت نمایند.

providing a framework for designing and launching economic activities specialized management courses with an emphasis on interaction between industry and university

studying and investigating the relationship between university and industry shows the phenomenon of mismatch between education and job as one of the most important fundamental challenges of the labor market in iran. an example of the discrepancy between education and work is the lack of degree and academic expertise of managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage an economic enterprise. the role of management is very decisive in the quantitative and qualitative development of economic activities, and the training of capable people in this field is of special importance. provision and proper use of the constituent elements of an economic activity requires expert, knowledgeable and capable management. management in today s world is a science that is acquired through education, in addition to an inherent art. meanwhile, the current management education system has not been able to respond to the need for specialized management of economic activities. therefore, the design and establishment of an educational system that can attract people with inherent managerial abilities and teach the required managerial skills as well as technical and specialized skills appropriate to the desired economic activity is a necessity that has been addressed in this article. the main goal of this research is to provide a framework for designing specialized management courses that qualified people who pass these courses will be able to create or manage economic enterprises related to the economic and industrial activities they have been trained in.
